I’m last reviewer Iris’ friend. I was there when Iris made an appointment with Ashley. I just saw Ashley’s reply, thinking that I really need to explain something. Firstly, Iris did make an appointment for cat grooming at 9:40pm with Ashley by phone. It’s a 30-min ride to the store, the owner didn’t even tell her that there would be a change on the scheduled appointment before Iris departed. And at around 9:20pm, Ashley called Iris that she had a walk in client so the appointment was cancelled. That’s very RUDE. Ashley told Iris if she wants her cat stay overnight for extra $30 charge then her cat could be washed today. Iris asked for a discount for this because she could’ve paid $60 but then was told she had to pay $90 just because the boss canceled her appointment. That’s not fair for her. And of course the boss refused the discount. The reason why I wanna explain those is that I am a businesswoman too, I understand how important the integrity is for the customer!

Made an appointment with Ashley for cat grooming at 9:40pm tonight. Received a call at 9:18pm and being told that she got a walk in client so she was not able to groom my cat. That’s not how a business runs.
