Poor management which reflects on their quality of work. They did a project for us where a number of panels had different textures and colours and were not installed to an acceptable standard. They would try to install the panels after hours and on weekends since they were poorly run and behind with all the projects they were on. I recommend you look elsewhere if you value quality products and workmanship

I visit Res Precast often on my current package route. It is a highlight of my day as I always get greeted by a beautiful Bernese mountain dog and the ladies that greet you downstairs at the front are always super sweet. Any employee I run into while dropping things off are very polite and professional.

The company is family run, they will make it seem as though they care about you and your family but that is a blatant lie.HR is run by the daughter who for some reason cannot keep anybody personal information to herself, she seems to think this is a high-school and spreading gossip makes her popular.The majority of employees outside, especially a mobile crane operator hates everyone, making the day all about negativity. If you choose to work here I would not stay long, use this place as a stepping stone not a foundation.
