What a disaster!! UPS lost my package, which is bad enough.. but I can accept that it is not the fault of this location. HOWEVER when I returned for my refund I was told they couldn't give me my money back formaybe a few weeks till the investigation is complete" because "UPS lost the package

The UPS driver Kevin in the North York area decided it was my responsibility to keep in contact with the normal driver daily in order to ensure that the couple times a month he is on my route that he would know to pick up my package. Worst service I have ever received with UPS Pickups.

The bald guy that works there is extremely disrespectful. Didn't let me talk for a second and I almost had an anxiety attack. If you go there start speaking right away. Had to tell him to shut up many times. Not helpful, terrible experience.

First of all how did you find my number? Secondly once you learn to have some customer service I would fix the rating. It's not that deep. I understand your rules. I didn't ask for helping me tape 5 boxes... All i asked was half a foot of tape and you wanted to charge me $2 for that trying to tell me if all customers ask for tape..." I came to your store a month ago and brought my own tape and your clerk also used your tape to help package my box. A bit of customer service sometimes would get you places."

Had a fantastic experience with the gentleman at the counter was able to help me choose the best packaging for my fragile shipment. Was very impressed by his customer service and would gladly come back here considering Canada Post likes to keep striking.

Excellent service, especially a man, I have a letter to be sent to Sydney, he is very enthusiastic to explain to me and check the address, and has been helping me to follow up the express delivery situation in the follow-up process, send me an email and called someone to confirm mail has been delivered, Very great service, nice person. highly recommend, I forgot to ask the man's name but highly recommend and thanks for help.

I often use UPS or other packing services to package and ship items I bought across Canada and USA. This location was one of the easiest to deal with. They packaged the item very quickly, and the packaging job way great. High value items arrived in perfect condition.
