My dog is so handsome after a grooming. Price is average but they did a good job. Didn't just shave it all off, they worked to save his fur from matted areas.

My daughter takes her dog Koa there for grooming... great job & good price....

Brought my dog here couple year ago for the first time . He went home with a eyelid infections . Brought him to the vet. Vet said something must of bother his eye for him to scratch till his eyelids rotting and bleeding. I didn’t think so much that it might be the grooming salons fault . After he got better . Around 4-5 months after, I brought him back for another groom( Because it’s near by) this time it happened again. Same eye infection. Brought him to the vet again. around 200$ each time for emergency and medication and cone.This time I new it was the salons fault. Maybe there products that they are using causes rash or itching . I have brought my dog to MANY groomers and this has NEVER happened before. Just want to warn you guys. Make sure they use high quality products on your dog. Don’t cheap on orelse your vet bills will cost more in the end.

DOGGIE DON'T Intolerant groomer owner, Winnie. Complain about the ages of my dogs not her lack of expertise. Many nicks and cuts. My two dogs were scared. After more than 2 visits dogs were terrified. Poor attitude. Unsatisfactory service. My cost was more than others. Will not return or refer.

I book the appointment two weeks ago. When I arrived today, they told me they don't take any new clients. but they said nothing when I call them to book the appointment. Also the attitude is rude.

Had an appointment at 11am, and I got their salon on time. But they told me someone before me was late so I had to wait another 20 minutes. They advised me to leave my pet outside the salon, but I finally decided to take her with me wandering for 20 mins. Then 11:20 I got to the salon again but they told me to wait another 30 mins, which made me very angry. In the end, my pet got grooming at 12:30 and came home with sticky hair.

Had my pooch's claws snipped. Responsibly priced and no waiting around 5pm.

Best groomer ever. Super friendly staff. We've owned a Shitzhu and a Maltese for 15+ years and they've been our go-to since! Always do a fantastic job in grooming and always try they best to meet your needs. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY! This is an extremely unprofessional grooming salon - keep your pets safe. Read below for full details.I have been taking my dog here for some years now. The owners name is Winnie. Yesterday, I dropped my dog off for his regular grooming at 11 am. I was expecting to pick him up at 1:30 pm. I receive a call at 2 pm from Winnie stating that my dog had a small “accident” and I would need to pick him up and bring him back in a couple of days.I rush to the salon and they told me that they accidentally cut off part of his tail, but they stopped the bleeding by using HYDROGEN PEROXIDE on the wound and sealing it up with SURGICAL GLUE. This was all done WITHOUT notifying me or asking for my consent.I immediately took my dog to the vet, whom which was shocked with what the groomers had done, especially the way they had tried to cover up their mistake. My dog was in extreme pain and discomfort. The vet immediately started removing the glue that Winnie had placed on my dog to ensure proper cleaning and to prevent infection. As soon as she did, blood started pouring out from his tail all over the table. The vet had to place 4 STITCHES on his tail which will be re examined in 2 weeks. If the bleeding does not stop, we will have to DOCK HIS TAIL, which is essentially cutting it off. The vet bills have already surpassed $400. My dog is a 14 year old Pomeranian cross poodle who has been traumatized from this experience, will have trouble going to any groomer again, and now may lose his tail!To make things even worse, Winnie and her husband constantly changed their story of who cut my dogs hair, who cut his tail, what time my dogs tail was cut, and what they did to treat my dog. They are liars, unprofessionally, and should lose their license. They finally admitted that his tail was cut at 12 pm, 2 hours before they even called me to notify me of what happened. 2 hours that my dog continued to feel pain and bleed out. This entire situation makes me feel sick to my stomach. Please keep your pets safe and away from this salon, we don’t want anyone else going through what we have gone through.
