He is friendly and conscientious enough to tell you about other issues he finds or just fixes them along the way, like caulking holes in the building envelope in hard to reach places. We recently had our entire exterior wall redone. We had an old vinyl exterior and Kamil and his team did an exceptional job, from demolition to completion. We are so extremely pleased with Kamil and his team. Everyone is so courteous, punctual, friendly and experienced. They are very hard-working and I remember they pulled some 12 hour days, and their work is very labour-intensive. They were also meticulous and paid attention to detail and they went above and beyond our expectations. We had a lot of other work that needed to be done including eavestrough/soffit replacement, and an entire porch remodeling but Kamil took it upon himself to project manage the whole job. He ensured all the contractors were doing their job right, and he really took off the stress from us, the home owners. I felt 100% confident with Kamil and their team and it was such a pleasure working with them. Our 3 year old son waited everyday by the window for them to arrive. I felt Kamil treated our home like his own and analyzed every inch of the house to make sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated that. It's very hard finding good, honest and skilled contractors these days so I feel we really lucked out. I highly recommend Kamil and his team.
