Sparky's Cans & Bottles

I've never been treated in such a rude and condescending manner by someone who wanted my business. This woman" needs to understand customers are a priveledge not a right! Would definitely recommend driving right PAST this poorly managed establishment!"

This is a great place to get rid of cans & bottles, so much easier than doing one at a time at the grocery stores. Sparky is a friendly lady, and very helpful, also good to her employees. Lets help the small business all that we can.

rude owner... hot headed poor buisness practice tried to go there 2 times lol owner was rude to me because im young nevwr gave her any cans worked for her once terrible experience and please clean your gutters stop ruining the neighbors property my 65 year old grandpa shouldnt be cleaning them for you to keep the foundation of his garage from weathering away he never told me to say anything i just think your gross for the behaviours ive seen...

Nastiest woman you'll ever meet. Clearly was not hugged enough as a kid. GO TO CAN KINGS! I found them after refusing to return here. I use the Fairport and Webster location. We are using them for a fundraiser and they are always happy to see you!

Very pleasant experience everytime I have taken in my bottles and cans. Definitely better than using the machines that all the stores now have.

I brought in several bags of bottles and cans that I had already counted. The lady behind the counter said that for a quantity as large as I had brought in, that I would have to wait to be paid tomorrow. I guess my first clue should have been when I tallied and wrote down the numbers I had brought in, the same lady became offended and commented about it. I explained that it was merely business and that I preferred to keep everything above boards. The next hint came when she expressed concern that there was broken glass in one of my bags. Silly me, I assumed broken glass was to people in the redemption business like blood to doctors or oil to a mechanic. I was quickly schooled that her insurance" was such that minors were allowed to work there and that they would not allow these minors to have contact with broken glass????? But finally

Very rude lady who obviously does not care if she has your business or not. Argued with me about one bottle of about 250 that was from out of state and how it's illegal to bring it across the border and how im committing a felony. There are better ways of delivering information than picking a fight over 5 cents. The gentleman next to me looked genuinely uncomfortable with being in the room because of this and this should never happen. Her attitude is the only reason ill never come back. The time spent at the machines at Wegmans or Tops is well worth it. She needs to change her attitude or not run a business.

I have always been happy with my bottle returns. It can be a busy place there and I've watched the people working fast to get bottles counted and money paid out. And that's during the very hot and humid time of year also - not something I'd want to be doing all day!

Great experience! I was a little worried because of all the bad reviews but she was incredibly kind!! she definetly knew how to do her job and had some of the coolest stuff ive seen on the walls :)
