Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had in a Telus store. Tried to reverse my bring it back value after cancelling the AppleCare on my previous phone (so I could not fix the phone and get full value for said phone) and then was held hostage for two hours in the store while I listened to the sales rep and the manager argue and belittle the Telus rep they had on the phone. Called customer escalation and confirmed the original balance was honoured after over 6 hours of being in this store and at home on the phone on hold. Disgusting/unprofessional experience and have been turned off completely of this store

I just wanted to express my grattitude for the professionalism and kindness of Brandon B of White Rock . He meticulously took the time & patience to explain my bill in detail and did his utmost to alleviate my concerns through his knowledge and understanding. In this age of giant faceless corporations it is reinvigorating to see this elite level of customer service first hand . I prefer man to machine as I am part of generation x and Brandon B represents a fusion of the old & new . Awesome customer service, amazing staff very helpful patient and kind hearted always looking out for the customers best interest. Amazing representative Malisha who is honest about all policies and always does the best on multiple occasions and locations to obtain customer satisfaction and professionalism. It takes true talent and a special kind of person to work in customer service and still maintain a professional atmosphere and this individual should not go unnoticed. I have changed my entire outlook on Telus communications only because of this representatives strong work ethic and positive attitude.

I want to give a special thanks to Nikola S for always providing excellent customer service and professionalism. She is so nice to work with and makes figuring out difficult issues extremely easy. Keep it up, Nikola! You rock :)

Just another store that handles mobile phones. Over priced with no ability to offer incentives.Long time customers are not appreciated and no inducements to remain so.
