Real Canadian Superstore Lougheed Highway

This is a typical superstore. Since the start of the Covid stocking has been degraded and now inflation is very noticable. Still overall costs are more or less in line with competitors. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many have been there for a long time and they do their best to make customers feel welcome.

Great location. Easy to get in and out, good parking, and as always, an amazing bakery section. Their pumpernickel is awesome!!

I used to think Superstore was affordable compared to other grocery stores but no longer. I understood when prices climbed with the increased price of gas however, gas prices have stabilized and grocery prices continue to increase. People are struggling and they can't do without food. Corporate greed is ruining this country.

This is my first stop for garden center items. Great selection and prices.

It's more like a 3.5. I will honestly say, when I'm not up for it at all I really appreciate being able to order online and pick up. I so appreciate the work done for me.With that, you take a gamble on who is shopping for you, more often than not there are some items that won't show up when you pickup, that if you then go indoors there is plenty stock of said item that wasn't available in the order.More often than not, we've had to return certain items that they give us that are close to the expiry date or fruit or vegetables that don't look too greatIt seems that they limit items online (that are more expensive) versus shopping at the location you get access to all items you wouldn't have available online, so.. don't appreciate that.Services always kind and plenty of parkingCan find most of what you need here

No express lane as self check out is considered express, but doesn’t take cash. Cash should be accepted, and I shouldn’t be expected to wait 30 minutes in a line for 4 items. Staff was nice enough about it, but please consider accepting cash at self checkout or reinstating regular express lanes, thanks.

This business strives to deliver fresh quality produce and although sometimes I miss out on something I had hoped to acquire, that's life. Great produce, excellent staff and friendly cashier's at checkout. Always worthwhile and sometimes there are surprise specials especially in the meat department.

Conveniently located on West side of Mission, always clean, bright, inviting with solid weekly deals and promotions.Awesome bakery with freshly made sour dough bread that lasts maybe a day in my house.

Tracey is a great asset for Canadian Superstore. She is so energetic and professional and always has a smile on her face. Her customer service is extraordinary. I am really impressed with her customer service. If anyone wants to provide good customer service, they should watch Tracey. I always use the self-serve counter to pay for my groceries as she usually works there. Hats off to Tracey!

This Superstore in Mission is incredibly difficult/impossible to navigate. The isles in the Pharmacy & other area's aren't labeled. This resulted in ultimate frustration, as I was marathon walking all over the store, trying to find products. Several times, I asked employees where things were, realizing I needed to go on yet another Magical (not) Mystery store tour.
