This was the first time we worked with Rooted Tree Services. We contacted them to remove a large blue spruce that had fallen in our yard and to also remove the stump. The service from intake to actually doing the work was outstanding. Mark was amazing, so professional and helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us great advice (even about things beyond the work we were having done, which was really appreciated). The tree and stump were large, but after the work was done, you couldn't tell there was ever a tree there. We had an excellent experience.

Timely customer service and communication. The crew leader was pleasant and helpful throughout the job. Work was organized , fast, professional and clean. Price was very reasonable! I had a tree in my backyard which needed to come down. Rooted Tree Service not only was able to come the soonest, but was also the best priced. The team that came out was professional, and fast. They moved furniture, cleaned up, and aside from the tree missing, it was like they were never there.In the video, you can see that they are putting the safety of their people, and my property as highest priority.I would use them again without hesitation.

Great company! There are some negative reviews that you shouldn’t listen to. Read into them and you’ll see that they are not warranted. This company is 5/5. Large crew, quick work, clean and friendly and professional. Top quality equipment and trucks. Definitely a large operation. Pricing was competitive and on par or maybe a little less expensive than the next big guy.They are also very honest. We asked about two trees and were told that one didn’t need cutting down and was still healthy. Another company could have just said sure and take the money. Listen, this company is well worth the cost, everything is included, I can’t even tell a tree was there before.Highly recommend Rooted!

It was a quick in and out removal of 2 trees that grew very close to the fence line. Everyone was friendly and very professional! They provided great tips on how to ensure the tree stump won't grow back. Office staff was quick to respond to calls and emails. Highly recommend this company!

We used Rooted Tree Services for a small to medium sized job. They were excellent. They came when they said they would and charged less than two other companies. They were efficient, safe and very competent. I will definitely hire them again.
