The sales associate name is Priti and I have to say that she did an excellent job helping me out selecting renewal options for my cellphone plan. She went above and beyond her job duties by showing up at the store up on my request on her day off! I find her very knowledgeable and confident in dealing with the customer requests. Do not try or buy any products from here. The management/ manager doesn’t know how to run the store there is no fault of any employees working there they try their best but unfortunately the management is so stressful that you will need to wait 45mins minimum or may be more. And then also they do not have any cash change so basically if you bought something by cash and want to return the product they will ask you to bring the cash change from other store. Worst store and worst customer service ever.

I bought the phone from super store south and I had so many questions, doubt and confusion with which phone to take and my budget was minimum in that Mrs. Priti helped me and she was so very calm with me and patiently answering my questions and she gave me the best deal and made my day. I am so happy that I was dealing with Mrs. Priti and even sometimes I have questions and I reach to her and she answers all my stupid questions and never ignores or get frustrated. Mostly recommended seller for phone with the best deal.

I was looking around for a new phone. I prefer to see them and get a feel for it, especially since I have lady hands.Not only did I get some optimum points just for asking a few questions, they also were able to compare whatever phones I was curious about and have their specs.Such great customer service and they know their stuff. I came back after a week of indecisiveness, and the lady still remembered me.They also had a great promotion on where I got 200,000 optimum bonus points!
