Bulk Barn

I had a disappointing experience at Bulk Barn yesterday. I arrived at around 5:50-6:00 and noticed that there were only 3 people at the cash register. One gentleman was handling the transactions, while two girls were standing beside him. One of the girls appeared to be supervising him and had a huge attitude, while the other was distracting her by talking while there were 4 people waiting in line.The girl who was supervising the gentleman had a terrible attitude. She had a scowl on her face the entire time and spoke to him in a condescending tone. Her facial expression made it clear that she thought she was above him and the job he was doing. She made him feel small and embarrassed in front of everyone waiting in line.When she finally took over, her talking tone was harsh and impatient. She acted as if she was doing everyone a favor by taking over, instead of just doing her job. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, and I feel that the store should have a closer eye on this girl and the way she treats her coworkers, especially those who are new to the job.Moreover, her attitude towards clients was also very poor. She seemed to have no interest in helping us and was more interested in talking to her colleague. This girl had highlighted hair, seemed to be of some Asian background, and had her eyebrows drawn. Overall, my experience was not up to my expectations, and I hope that the management will take appropriate steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

I was there with my friend. The cashier was this young girl with creepy long nails. She kept rolling her eyes on us, she also kept throwing the stuff after scanning. She was very rude. I would rather go to a different store than bulk barn. Never again, train your staff

Amazing selection of bulk food store. From pastas, rice, spices, snacks, etc. All very reasonable priced.

Totally Bulk barn is a unique store here, but like all businesses they face lack of staffs. Some customers need help.

For candy lovers out there you can find a lot of rare candies here. The clerks are nice and friendly.

Store is always well stocked, clean. Store lighting needs to be improved, too dull for the shoppers. My go to store for different varieties of nuts.

The staff are very helpful and kind and will assist the customer as much as possible. I always shop there for laundry soap bar, but couldn't find it last time. One of the associates offered to call another Bulk Barn location if they have, and they did. I was able to purchase it there. Thank you for your hard work, efforts and dedication. I really appreciate it.

While their Cashiers are always nice, i can never ever get everything i need at this location and I don't have that issue at other location.

Worst customer service by cashier. We were in store around 6:30-7 pm and cashier was very rude. she scanned items and ask for payment which was done and I asked for bag. She said 30 cents and i said okay. She was so upset with her doing transaction for bag while it was her mistake to not even ask for bag on first place. This cashier girl with long nails (no name tag so) should be trained again for customer service. She also banged items for my friend after me. Never visiting the store again with this kind of staff.
