I've been seeing Clara for a few weeks and I swear she is a miracle worker! Not only has she been wonderful at fixing my problems, but she's also super sweet and easy to talk to. Plus the ladies at the front desk are so incredibly wonderful and welcoming. I couldn't recommend North Simcoe Physiotherapy more.

Years of pain from arthritis is regularly soothed by the magic touch of Lucy's professional massage therapy. She massages the areas communicated as needing attention and I always leave feeling like I'm on cloud nine. They direct bill the insurance company, making payment easy.I highly recommend seeing her.......Special appreciation notice for their night receptionist, Kiona, always friendly, welcoming, professional and a pleasure to talk with.

I’ve gone to other clinics nearby and they can’t even hold a candle to North Simcoe Physiotherapy!First of all the staff are amazing , fun , kind and truly compassionate.The therapists are top notch and work so hard to get you better so I guess you can tell I recommend them !Do yourself a favour !!!

First appointment today. Receptionist was absolutely lovely to deal with. Therapist Clara was excellent. I was so hopeful for some recovery and at the end of my appt as I type this I truly feel 50% better already. Gorgeous clinic. So clean. Such a welcoming positive experience. Can’t wait for my next appt.Update: Been attending consistently for about 6 weeks now and this place is excellent. I went in barely able to walk 20 feet and with Clara's help and the positive impact of the reception staff I am doing so much better. Love this place

This is my third time using North Simcoe for my physio needs. Obviously, I hold their work in high esteem. From the first open door, you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff is properly educated and understands not every person, and not every injury are the same.

I started coming here a few weeks ago for both physiotherapy and massage. This facility is very clean and bright. The front desk was very warm and welcoming and helpful when it came to setting up the direct billing for my insurance. My physiotherapist Reesha is so attentive and asks all of the right questions to better understand my pain and she explains her plans for me so that I could understand. We immediately formed a great Bond. She is very kind and I trust her. Lucy my massage therapist is great at working out all of the kinks. I'm so glad that I found this place.

Wonderful administrative staff and Clara is the best! She takes the time to listen and adjust the 'plan' according to what her patient's tell her but still pushes enough to see great results. She is always happy and so good at what she does. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have had an extremely positive experience at North Simcoe Physiotherapy throughout the duration of my attendance over the last several weeks. Clara is absolutely amazing at her job and is so communicative, friendly, and dedicated to the care of each and every patient she sees. The environment itself is also warm and inviting and is supported by exceptionally friendly receptionists. Truly an entirely positive experience and I highly recommend it.

I am new to this clinic and was initially booked with Clara Jane. I have now been treated by her three times. She is kind and has a bubbly personality. Clara Jane is just the type of person I want to see at the end of a tough day. After each treatment I feel so much better! Clara Jane is very good at what she does and I appreciate her physiotherapy treatments and her professionalism.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 10 years and have always been very happy with my treatments. The staff are wonderful and Clara has recently been treating my carpal tunnel syndrome . Her knowledge and hands on work has allowed me much relief and hopefully no surgery as a result of her care. She is outgoing and makes time enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and Clara.
