Michael's has something for anyone with a hobby. The staff are very friendly. Very clean and well organized. It's one of the few places I can also bring my puppy . The staff are good about it. They also put on classes to learn . Cake decorating and jewellry making are just a couple. They always have great sales and 2 for the price of 1 deals. Overall very pleased with shopping at Michaels

The store is great, staff is very friendly.For higher ups: create a online gift card balance checker, Ive been sitting on hold for about 10 minutes to check the balance of a gift card, every other company you literally just put the card number in and you get your balance through automation, i don't want to sit on the phone for 40 minutes to get the balance of all my cards, I'll be getting a visa card before getting someone a micheals card.

Staff are always so helpful! Found most of the sale items I was looking for, well the ones still in stock!

Love Michaels. They always have a good coupon that they happily share with you at the tills if you have forgotten it.

Difficult review to write. While normally I love this store, the latest experience I had made me change my review.Ordered same day delivery, because I needed some items and couldn't make it outside. Out of the 5 items I ordered, 4 were missing and the one item that did a arrive was left thrown by my front door in a plastic bag. I thought my items got stolen, so I quickly called.The employee that 'helped' me was rude and condescending. When I mentioned my items were missing, they told me they were out of stock, but when I made the order it didn't say out of stock. They insisted I got an email saying they were, but I looked and saw nothing in my inbox, or junk mail.I asked them, what happens now ? Do I get my item at a later date or am I getting a refund? They interrupted me mid sentence, and I quote their exact words, You see when an item is out of stock

This store has friendly staff, great selection, and it always stocked! Michael's prices can get a bit high but there's always coupons and deals on the app plus their rewards card. I absolutely love Michael's and I love this location :))

I was directed o the right place by friendly staff. I found needles for fine stitches as I hoped. They did not have he longer fine needles as before. Since I was there I found great crochet hooks asst. Sizes too.

Friendly people and a nice store it's just low on stock sometimes. Best to call ahead!

There were a lot of things on 50%-60% off, i liked the huge difference between regular and sale products.
