Since the new improvements" I will avoid this place. It now takes 4 times longer to drop off recycling and now requires the need to queue in not one but three lines. If I could give fewer stars I would. This place used to be great."

New do it yourself kiosks are brutally slow and inaccurate. They reject many paid deposit bottles, and the staff will just throw them out" for you. At least the machine doesn't short you on what it does except. Unfortunately

Sept 11 2022. Dropped off 6 bags of returns in the Express return. Oct 6th...still no credit to my account. This is anything but Express.......Update......a week or two after I posted this...bags were finally processed, and only 5 bags were found however they did average the returns of the 5 bags and credited me for the missing 6th bag. Upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars because encorp made it right even though they didn't have to.

Overall it is good. But one star is deserved as there is an older fellow who says he is the manager' and he is the rudest employee I have ever met. Actually yelled at my wife because she made a mistake sorting the glass."

The new kiosk is ridiculously inefficient if you are returning more then one bag of bottles. Staff no longer accept sorted trays and forced to use the self serve kiosk machine. Will be avoiding this location in the future

My first experience of the new machines was great. A lot more efficient and cleaner to feed bottles and cans in any order into the machine, instead of having to sort it all first. Accurate counting and quick payment. Very impressed.Around the back, still have the other recycling options and a very helpful staff member, keeping it all organised.

The new machines are super slow, very awkward for more than 1 bag, very finicky, and don't even accept half the bottles I had. Don't accept anything without a barcode and found wiping the barcode multiple times.

Oct 31/2022 @ 2:35 pm...this is my regular recycling depot and am usually satisfied with the services they provide. I use household blue bin and garbage bin for what I can, and bring other items to this depot. Need workable solution for a frustrating problem for both customer and staff! Over past year... Once, I have driven to depot daily for over a week and not allowed to access back area for recycling my items. Reasons from staff - staff shortage

My go to place for recycling. Drive around back to recycle plastics, electronics and foam. In the back door for AAA type batteries, light bulbs and other small things.In the front door for bottles and milk jugs. The staff are helpful and friendly.
