The last couple of years, after checking our vehicle for spray quantity, we saw that not much product was used. I now have a rust spot on my fender (one of the areas not sprayed). We have an appointment today and this appointment will determine if we return to Krown Orillia or not. UPDATE: The very recent sprays to our car and truck was noticeably way better than previously mentioned. We are happy this time. Keep it up. Thank you.

Very impressed with the customer service and quality of workmanship I received.I had brought a coupon for a car wash, not knowing it had already expired (my fault). They politely explained it had expired but still honoured the terms.When I picked up my vehicle I found that they had also gone through the trouble of cleaning and spraying the two trailer hitches I had in the back of my truck.

I'm most impressed with how thorough they were applying the spray. All the staff & owner are very professional. The spray is a new formula that drips less.CAA gets you 10% off!All in all a very satisfied customer.

My 2009 car is rust free because of Krown. They do a great job and even clean the car before they return it. If you want your car to last here in the salt belt Krown is the best choice.
