I just finished the 35 Day Routine Reset Challenge and it has been a great 35 day experience. This program got me back on track with both my fitness and healthy eating. Weekly meal plans as well as a grocery list is given to you with ample time to get yourself prepped and ready for a healthy week.I loved having access to as many online classes I wanted everyday of the week. If the set times didn't fit, I could choose from dozens of pre-recorded classes that fit my time schedule.Leanne was amazing. She is so positive, encouraging, attentive to anything you need or ask for. The almost daily emails from Leanne helped me success with this programI HIGHLY recommend you give one of the Challenges a try. You won't be disappointed!

I just completed a 35 day Challenge with IPFIt was excellent, very easily laid out with meal plans and a variety of exercises being offered. All “teachers” were great and very supportive. I finished feeling energized and motivated.

Studio IPF’s challenges are a supportive way to either get started changing habits or get you back on track with healthy choices. The food plans are a guided way to learn about healthy food choices and are also a good way to practice cooking from scratch. The fitness options are varied enough to appeal to a wide audience and the instructors are very supportive and kind. There is something for everyone!If you are thinking you need to make some changes in your life and you want to feel amazing, I highly recommend starting with an IPF Challenge!

I have always been fit, despite having Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was a teenager, but I am now 53 and have had a rough couple of years health-wise including a hip replacement. I am now beginning to claw my way back to where I used to be pre-hip issues.I knew I could not do it on my own and having taken Pilates classes from Leanne 20 years ago I knew she was the one to get me to fall back in love again with exercise.I finished my first TRX class this afternoon and I knew I had made the right decision. Leanne has an amazing ability to make you feel strong and confident and able to do almost anything! She always finds a way to modify exercises to make them work for your level and ability without making you feel inadequate.I can't recommend the TRX classes at Studio IPF enough. Studio IPF: Inner Pursuit Fitness
The IPF 28 day reset was my first challenge I ever participated in. Within days I noticed the aches in my joints went away and I had renewed energy after a busy work day. The food recipes opened my eyes to healthier alternatives and required little preparation. I enjoyed exploring the classes live and virtual as I live out of town, and the prerecorded allow me to access times that worked for my schedule. Leanne and her crew are amazing!

I recently participated in the 35-day Spring wellness challenge. It was exactly what I needed to re-prioritize my health and wellness with a delicious meal plan, fitness classes of all kinds and wonderful support from Leanne. I noticed a significant boost in my energy and I even lost a few pounds and inches. Most importantly, I am committed to this healthy lifestyle going forward. 35 days of mindful eating & movement has got me back on track and I am grateful for this program.

I recently participated in a 28 day challenge at IPF. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of exercises available so that you could sample new classes without committing for weeks to something that may not be a good fit. The food guide and instructions were very easy to follow and prep in advance to make staying on track easier. The personal coaching which came with the challenge was all about positive body image and self care which were a highlight for me. I look forward to the next challenge in a few months! Thanks for the slimmer, healthier and more balanced me, Leanne.

I have recently finished the IPF 35 day routine reset challenge and was thrilled with the process and the results. The frequent motivational emails sent by Leanne, the meal plans, the recipes, the shopping lists all made this challenge easily doable. The virtual workouts and yoga classes are great and there's no excuse since you can do them from anywhere you have internet access. I would encourage anyone who wants to reset their routine to sign up for a challenge through Studio IPF. But don't wait for a challenge to start going to as many exercise/yoga classes that fit into your schedule - they're great!

Studio IPF: Inner Pursuit Fitness
My introduction to IPF was at my very first challenge about 6 or 7 years ago. I did well on that challenge and loved IPF so much that I joined and am now a lifetime member. This challenge has been awesome. I didn't have to guess at what to eat and loved cooking the simple and easy delicious recipes. It really took the guesswork out of my food plan and I thoroughly enjoyed it. For the first time in my life (and I'm no spring chicken) I actually was able to eat so much better and my exercise routine was great, a lot of variety. I would encourage anyone to try a challenge. Leanne is very helpful and makes everything fun. The sharing and encouragement of other group members was also very helpful. I feel proud and energized and taking good care of myself has paid off in spades.
