DO NOT LIVE HERE. Its a non smoking building but seeing that there is no building manager its a free for all of rule breaking. The halls have the smell of cigarettes and wet dog, the apartments are renovated" but it looks like a 10th grade shop student did most of the work. Lots of pot smoking and loud bass music
