Shoppers Drug Mart

This Shoppers has a really sad selection of products, which could have been overlooked if they didn't also provide the absolute worst customer service. I don't understand why the staff always looks so inconvenienced when you seek their assistance, as if you're asking them to lend you money instead of a legitimate store-related question (that ultimately never gets answered or resolved). They never have any good sales that I see at other Shoppers stores, and they are always out of stock on items and don't even offer to raincheck the item to honour the sale price like other locations do. I literally go out of my way and drive to a farther Shoppers to avoid this location and it's so worth it.

I use the post office regularly(small bussiness owner) have found the staff very nice and accommodating. Felina is very helpfull and goes out of her way for customers. Girls at cash ate always serving with a smile.

The pharmacy here is awful, the pharmacists maybe technically sound, but their business acumen are below standard. The pharmacy here isn’t serving repeating customers well at all, customer service is not a priority to them.

I got the worst customer service ever from a cashier named Katanna (older brown woman), around 8:45pm, April 23, 2022. She was quite irritating and unprofessional. She treated me like a thief and refused to assist me while I did nothing wrong. First I paid in the self check out, then I found the price was wrong so I wanted to get a refund(later I was told that the staff forgot to take off the old price tag). I lined up and when it was my turn, she talked to me first and asked if I wanted to return something. I said yes and went to her. She moved steps away from where she stood, leaned down and staring at the bottom of my stroller for at least 5 seconds. I asked her to come out to check carefully with a normal tone. She then became very aggressive and kept saying I have no right to shout at her (at this point I didn't raised my voice yet). In the meantime she put my stuff aside and told me she wouldn't help me and started to talk to the next customer. I never raised my voice till she mistreated me like this firstThe whole time she was acting unnecessarily rude. When the supervisor came, she still couldn't stop fighting, lying to the supervisor that I didn't line up, which was totally a lie and this even disgusted me more.( she also complained to the supervisor that I called her names and she had witness. Even if I called her a name, it was all after she misbehaved). She also wanted other people to get the wrong impression 'because I didn't line up ,that was why she treated me so bad. However

I was shopping for a new foundation and was trying a couple of shades to find mine. It’s a terrible store because they barely have any testers and most products they have are expired as well.Anyway, I’m not the person who would open something i’m not supposed to. This rude woman came to me and said you’re not supposed to open that! I told her it was open and used! it’s not even a full bottle! She said yeah people open and use them but you’re not supposed to open them! Well, that’s not my freaking problem! She was rude to me for no reason. I just bought one thing and left! Be careful buying anything from this location! They use tape on already opened products and sell them as new!!There was a guy working there who helped me a lot and was nice but this woman ruined it.

The pharmacist spoke so fast, and with the mask, the voice was so low, I could not figure out the name of the Anti-Itch cream. So I had to go search by myself and came back to confirm again.Why not be a bit more professional and caring?!I don't want to trouble you without a good reason!

If I could give a -10 I would.Mom called about her prescription and issues with booking her booster since June 2022. On the shoppers website it specifically states Covid Walk-ins. She told the associate about this issue over the phone and they advised that when I go to pick up the prescriptions and drop off the rest, I can book for the booster their.Well my experience had my mom been there would have been considered elderly abuse. I have MS so what type of abuse is that?I was told to do it online then pushed aside for the next client. The associate never did take my moms prescriptions and she needs one specifically because of a day procedure at North York General hospital.The newer associates here know nothing about my medical history or relationship with this shoppers. Ive pulled everything out, I’m ready to pull my moms stuff out too.

The staff treated me like a valued customer. They listened and acknowledged my situation. Although this is a relatively smaller Shoppers location, I was able to find things I needed like stationary, USB cables, a humidifier, children's book for my son, and most importantly, a toilet pump!I have shopped at many SDM locations before but this is THE only one who has made a real effort in locating my missing receipt. I could have lost my laptop warranty if Marife, the front cashier, didn't give me a reprinted receipt. She was so efficient and really does care about her customers.

Slowest freaking pharmacy ever!!!!! Everything takes time, the staff is freaking so SoOoOoOOoOoOOOoOoOoOoOo slow they take 3 days to reply to a normal greeting….. Worst experience ever!!

Slow service at the cash. Ring a bell multiple times to get staff to appear. The walkway outside was unsalted and slippery. The food section was tiny and pitiful at this location and were completely sold out of plastic bags. Not a great SDM experience any time I have been there.
