Wide selection of metal, classic and progressive rock, they have everything for everyone, you just gotta dig through the crates. Also they have a fidelity card (like a coffee card), after buying 10 records of 16,99 or more you get a nice rebate on the 11th record, perfect way to get those limited edition expensive vinyls!

I went to Freeson to sell some 33 rpm vinyl records. The rep went through my 6 records and selected one for which he offered $1. I did sell that record at another store for which I got more for it. The rep was courteous and polite. The store is well layout, well lite, and super clean. I would recommend to buy at Freeson Rock but not to sell any item.

Sitting in the shadow of the bigger, more famous Aux33 Tours, just one block over, must be tough. But I always make a point of visiting this small but fully stocked record store. They have every genre in stock, and their Metal section is one of the best in the city. Staff's friendly and super helpful. Bonus: Their website is user-friendly, and they deliver! But an in-person visit is highly recommended. I found three or four gems I had been digging for for years, and the location offers great bars, restos, shops--a great way to spend an afternoon
