This is such a lovely place. I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed upon entering. Everything is very well laid out and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt a strong connection to a few stones, and had one made into a necklace to have near my throat chakra. I came back later that day for a tarot reading which was such a beautiful experience and wasvery accuratw. I will always recommend this shop and expect to return many times in the future! ❤

I have purchased many gems from Marwan and he is very very knowledgable. The energy he gives off and the knowledge he gives you is top tiered. I’ve been to other gem stores but Marwan is in his own class. You have to meet him and see the store yourself. You will understand what I mean

I came here for the first time in search of a specific stone and the shop owners were so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They had a huge selection of crystals to choose from. They also gave advice on how to properly care for the stones. Their handmade pendant and bracelets were beautiful. I had a wonderful experience here. I came to The Lucky Gem this morning for my first Tarot card reading and Erwan was informative and kind, he explained all about how tarot cards worked and what to expect. Erwan explained all the cards in great deal as he was doing my reading and allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted and gave me clarity on the questions I initially came in asking. Overall a amazing experience and I will definitely be back and recommend anyone looking for a reading to only go see Erwan

First time going here and the store manager was amazing and he was very straight up with his answer and he was willing to help you out if you weren't happy with the price. He also informed me with how real the crystals are. TRUST me i have been scammed on a couple of stores that told me that they're crystals are real but in fact they were not real and on top of that they were over charging me. Overall amazing store and i would highly recommend going here to shop for your crystals and this is also coming from someone who has been to 10 crystals shops, nothing has even compared to how amazing this store and the people working in it
