Im hard to give out 5 stars, this location was a little odd in a good way! Its one of many Wish pick up parcel spots, and also a pawnshop always kinda fun to check one out!! I was nicely Welcomed and also in english, but.they speak obvious french!

Awesome place. And Great prices. So helpful came to get a new phone and the lady tried to help fix my old one before she sold me one excellent customer service! Would recommend this place to everyone who’s thinking about going

Amazing Staff. Tried to sell my Gold at a Jewelry store in Gatineau and they tried to screw me out of almost $1000 worth of Gold plus they got all the Karats of the Gold Wrong.I came to the pawn shop and they gave me 3 times as much as the jewelry store. I'm so grateful for kind and honest people and I sold my Gold to this Pawn Shop instantly. I would def recommend and go back again soon!

Was greeted by extremely friendly staff even though it was technically past their closing time (this was my fault - I hadn't checked their hours beforehand). The lady was professional, helpful and incredibly nice and understanding. I will definitely be back.

Went there to pick up my phone my mother sent to me but they wouldn’t give it to me even with proof of address because it was under my mother’s name and not mine. I tell them my mom lives an hour away and cant get it. I then leave with no phone. My mom then drives over an hour to come pick up the phone for me and they won’t give her the phone either because her ID doesn’t have my address on it. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me she couldn’t pick it up when I said she doesn’t live here. I then called ups and they said that if she provided valid government ID then they should have given it to her. My mom has now left and can’t come back so I now need to have it resent to my house and take the day off work so that I’m home for when it comes. Very annoyed.

I've been getting my taxes there for a few years now and they're always bang on. And you can't complain about the price. Love the staff as well.
