Dr. Fielding and the staff in his office are so pleasant. Both the procedures that Dr. Fielding has done have been excellent, he's kind & caring. The office staff are so efficient.

Well, Dr Ryan Fielding is an amazing surgeon, very careful, professional, caring, empathetic he really listens to your concerns. However, while recovering at my parents(from a 3 part-9 hour surgery), I received a phone call from his receptionist who told me that there was a culture done on my incision and the results weren’t good and that I needed to go down to the emergency department and tell them I was there to speak with Dr. Fielding who was on-call that day. So I went down there did as I was asked to do, then proceeded to wait for the next 6.5 hours in emergency (bear in mind I’m still in agony from over a hundred staples that I’m recovering from). I was getting sick to my stomach in pain and then I asked them how much longer and was told they didn’t know anything about me at all. I left. I went back to my parents proceeded to vomit then went to sleep. I have no idea of why I was there or what happened but I was very upset and am still not sure of what the results were or was about.

The lady at reception was nice. But the bigger girl (she didn't give her name) was very rude & unprofessional. We spoke on June 2nd to confirm my appointment for July 6th. Then she called back on June 28th to ask me to come in THE NEXT DAY instead. But I don't have voicemail so she cancelled BOTH appointments without emailing me or calling more than once. I show up on July 6th and first she lies and say I'm a week late. Then she admits she called to reschedule, but couldn't get a hold of me, so she cancelled both. So she says too bad- come back in OCTOBER!

Dr. Fielding and team have been superb - highly recommended! Raylyn was amazing with helping make this process a good experience with timely follow ups and patience.

Dr. Zulys is highly empathetic and a wonderful surgeon.
