Reasonably priced bubble teas and smoothies. I think the staff are still trying to get their bearings. I ordered a caramel coffee and the lady at the till didn’t know what I was talking about. When I pointed to it on the menu she didn’t really know what to do until another staff member told her they don’t have caramel right now.They also don’t have any toppings for their bubble waffles yet which was a let down. The croffle was quite tasty and reasonably priced.Service time is really really slow. From the time we walked in to the time we received our drinks/snacks was a little bit over and hour. They were jam packed the entire time we were there, lined up out the door.

We had the Taro and Passion fruit tea and were delicious, refreshing. The customer service was awesome and the girl who helped us was really nice. Definitely coming back!

Awesome bbt spot. The service is kind and helpful, the teas are really great. Their croffles are great too!Favorite is Golden Pearl Dolce Milk Tea Smoothie.

Delicious!!! Lots of options for people with allergies as well as food preferences! We ordered a no sugar, no gluten, no dairy taro slush, and a dairy free milk tea. It was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable! They answered all of our questions to make sure we got what we were looking for! My husband really enjoyed the sugar free Kantan Jelly! We will be back 100%!

Delicious bubble tea and good location! However, it's a 3 star for me because of them messing up a couple times. I called to place an order for pick up when they were having an ongoing promotion (free planner with a purchase of 3 large drinks). I told them over the phone I only need 2 large and 1 regular drinks. When I got there, they made 3 large, and I had to pay for the difference even though they were the ones who messed it up. Now I have a planner that I paid for and don't need. They also got one of the drinks incorrect.

Gong Cha has some of the best service for bubble tea in Windsor. An was my server. She was very welcoming and she recommended me the perfect sugar and ice levels for my drink. I got a Matcha Mango Drink with Mango Kanten Jelly. The drink was very well made, perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Thanks again for a great first experience An, I will be back!

They don’t have regular pearl and we are okay to have white pearl. However, it is not pearl, it is another kind of topping. This is dishonest to customers. No matter which sugar level is chosen, the sweetness remains the same. We have to wait at least 20mins for a drink every time. When they do something wrong, they are not going to fix the problem and get a lot of excuse. Most importantly, so impolite!!

Although the workers there were friendly and nice, the service itself was quite slow. Additionally, the workers did not know the drinks and menu off the top of their heads and often had to look back above them for reference. Due to that, ordering took a lot longer than it should’ve been.I waited about 20 minutes for my drink, but they were quite busy at the time so I don’t blame the staff. The drinks itself were mediocre. Both drinks were quite bland, and while I did order the brown sugar milk tea, the drink tasted like coffee.The interior is quite lovely, but their drinks are not my favourite.

I ran in quick last Saturday on my break, the service was very fast. The young lady working at the counter was very knowledgeable about the drinks and extremely friendly. Very good price, and quantity & quality you receive is really good. Delicious! Will definitely we back to try other items on the menu
