Placed a call that went to voice mail but was quickly returned. I took my Samsung S8Active into the Sidney drop off after speaking to Sai. He quickly diagnosed the issue and called me back. A new battery was needed. This was all over the Christmas season. With store closures and holidays it was a week before I had my phone back with the new battery. Very impressed with the service and reasonably cost. Highly recommend - there are 2 locations, Sidney and Victoria.

Excellent service. iPhone battery replacement and charging port repair. We travelled over from Salt Spring Island and the phone was fixed right away. Good price for the repair, and the technician was very friendly and helpful.

They definitely live up to their name! FastFix was super fast. They went above and beyond to fix my phone glass, even finding the right colour that they didn't have in stock at the Sidney store - and still got it fixed the same day! Thanks again :)
