Since 2017 we've had the benefit and pleasure of working with Olga (real estate and POAs). With every transaction Olga has shown herself to be very knowledgeable, conscientious and detail oriented. Recently, she identified an error in our Contract of Purchase and Sale. This error was missed by us, the seller, the real estate agents and the seller's lawyer. Olga is awesome! We sold our place and had to move quickly (2 weeks to closing date). Olga was very pleasant in person, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. More details below for readers :)Flexibility- When we contacted her to see if she could represent us, she was very flexible with the booking and able to get us in to accommodate our quick closing date.Pricing- She was upfront about the service fees and taxes, I knew before working with Olga what we would be charged. No surprises which was great. Also very reasonable compared to competitors.Prepared- Before our appointment she advised us what to bring to the appointment so the process would go smoothly. I.e. passport and driver's license. When we arrived, all the forms were prepared and ready for us to sign.Knowledgeable- Olga walked us through all the paperwork and explained everything in an easy and understandable way. Not the legally jargon but plain and simple. I knew what I was signing on every page. She gave us all the copies we needed for our records.Strata Help- We were selling our townhouse which was part of a strata. There were issues with our strata and she was able to communicate with them in a very short timeframe to get the required information to move the process along. THIS WAS AMAZING! Within hours, she was able to get the required information to update our documents, communicate with us to approve, and contact the buyer's rep to share the changes.Communication- After our appointment, I had to provide a few more details to Olga very quickly. We were leaving the city the next morning and wouldn't be able to pick up our payout or sign anything else the next day. She told me exactly what she needed and the urgency. Once i provided the information, she responded within 30 mins (maybe less) to confirm if everything was good on her end.Banking issue- Like I mentioned above, we were leaving the city the next morning and asked her to deposit our payout money to our bank. She was very forward thinking and didn't want there to be a hold on the payout/check. So she confirmed with the bank and certified the check so we would have to wait.Literally the day after, we received our payout in our bank account. Everything went through so smoothly. Olga kept us in the loop throughout the process, congratulated us when everything officially went through, and provided us with a receipt of the payout.Overall Olga did an excellent job and would work with her again in the future if I have the opportunity.

I've never been to a notary before and this was a great experience. Olga answered my questions over the phone to ensure I brought the right documents and the appointment was very straightforward and fast.
