I had the Carbon Laser Facial. I see now that it is promoted as a 30 minute facial, when I booked I am not sure if it said that or if I did not notice.The service itself was fine and Katie is great but I have to say I was a bit disappointed in the value and I unfortunately I don’t think I would pay full price for this service. I know it is lasers and claims to offer results with no down time but I have had this service at other providers and they performed more of a facial with it, overall I guess I was hoping for more value given the regular price. After I paid and left a tip I later wondered what I tipped for? There was noting extra and the service was very quick and to the point. Which is great if you are looking for a quick facial with hopefully results, but not if you were hoping for something a bit more. Again, nothing against Katie, just overall I was a bit disappointed given the regular price of the service.

This is such a sweet little spot to go for any beauty needs! My pedicure was lovely and kaylee was so thorough. My feet feel fabulous! I found the prices really decent and love that they make some of their own products. There were lots of little extras that made the pedicure extra special! I’ll definitely be back!

My 3rd at Esme. My daughter, Shauna Hogan, has been an estheticsian for 8 years now and have always followed her and she has called Esme her home. She is my go-to girl for mani/pedi and brow waxing. She is very meticulous when it comes to her work, and I am a big critic as a client. She loves expanding her knowledge and begin able to use it.I love what Esme has done to the Heritage building. I was not there before the renos were done, but I love the open industrial look, think it is pretty cool. It was a fairly quiet day I went back in April and the ladies I did meet were very friendly.Today, returned for brow waxing, nails and pedi!Love this girl!Janet

First visit and I'm already looking forward to going back!I was greeted warmly and the vibe is welcoming.Sonja was my nail technician and I'm really happy with the gel set she did for me. Attention to detail is there and I'm in love with my new nails.

First time at Esme after following my long time esthetician, Shauna. This was my first time receiving a waxing treatment after cancer treatment and she made me feel so comfortable. She also performed a pedicure with gel color and it was perfect. Front of house staff were kind and welcoming as well. Can’t wait to come back!

My nail Tech Katie is awesome. She’s professional, funny and we have great catch-up sessions. Thank you for listening to my stories. LOVE my nails.I had a pedi today. Andee was great. Feet are soft as a babies bottom. I wanted sparkle and she suggested a colour underneath. Thank you. Loved our chat.

I got the most beautiful gel fill today. I’d go back any day. The salon was clean and sanitary and just beautiful. I’d recommend anyone to go here for some RnR10/10 amazing job. Thanks so much!

Dr. Rachel provided an amazing Accupuncture experience. She was very thorough, patient, Knowledgeable and extremely personable! I would highly reccomend booking an appointment with her!

Got my nails done for the first time at Esme and I was soooo stoked about the salon! Not only are they all super nice girls, it is very clean, and I love all the products they sell! Leah was wonderful to chat with and she made my visit very very warm and welcoming and she for sure knows her stuff ! As for Eliza she did such a great job on my nails!!! I am obsessed with them and not to mention she made conversations flow super well! I cannot recommend this place more! I had such a great visit and will be back again soon!
