Aloof, difficult, condescending. As the recent purchaser of a property listed by Trisha Murphy, our experience with her was not pleasant. One example: After purchase, our contract stated we had access to the home twice. After multiple tries and several weeks of trying to get access into our new home for a painting quote, our real estate agent had to remind Trisha of the contractual obligation her clients had to let us into the home. Her response, quoted from her text: 7pm tomorrow. Not good for sellers but they will accommodate it". Upon arrival at 7pm

We submitted an offer on one of Trisha's properties, through our own Realtor, in a multiple bid situation. From the informative and COVID friendly showing, the quick and professional communication from us, to our agent, to Trisha, back to us, and the genuine and empathetic experience provided during such a challenging market, we appreciated all of Trisha's efforts along with our agents, Karin White.
