Throughout my several appointments here at PF Health Clinic, it has been a wonderful and pleasant experience. Susie Hong is a great acupuncturist and her treatments have greatly reduced my back/shoulder/neck pain. She is very professional and caring and I love going here.

Great team!! Katherine has great customer service skills and is always very cheerful and helpful. I am seeing Ella for my Massage therapy, she is kind, makes me feel at ease, and listens so well to the body. She is an excellent massage therapist and I always know I am in good hands with her. Anthonie has been outstanding, works with me, and adapts sessions to help focus on problem areas. He is very kind, and thorough and cares about his clients.

Was recommended this place from a referral and they have been great so far! Katherine was super friendly with explaining to me the process on how everything worked, what to expect, and also shifted some appointments to help accommodate my busy schedule.Anthonie has been great with providing lots of information about my injury and possible reasons why things happen with different body movements, guiding me through different exercises, and answering any questions I had in regards to recovery. Very accommodating and no pressureWould definitely recommend to anyone!

I started to have RMT appointment couple months ago, they are very professional , reliable and detailed in assessments and follow up. They won’t cancel my appointment in a sudden. I was annoyed by my previous RMT, I dare to give a try. This change give me a very good experience.I like the receptionists too, very knowledgeable and understanding.This clinic is close to me, I can book appointments online and even weekend.These are the reasons I switched over to here.

I have been suffer from a knee and pelvic pain for more than 10 years. I been on and off seeing different physiotherapy, until now I had few treatments with Milan at the pain free clinic that I'm finally see some big improvement with my pain. His technique is amazing and more important he goes deep into the roots of the problem and his geninue passion in helping his clients to feeling better. All the staff at this clinic are very friendly and professional. Catherine at reception is very helpful. I've been to other physio clinics and I can honestly say this clinic is the best. I had a chronic condition aggravated by a motor vehicle accident and couldn't turn my head without pain. I've had physiotherapy for six months with Jennifer Liu and massage therapy with Kevin Lin and they were able to do wonders and treat my condition. I'm immensely grateful to both of them for helping me get better. This clinic is aptly named as I'm now completely Pain Free"."

Milan at the Pain Free Health Clinic is super amazing! Out of all the physiotherapists that I had met in the past, Milan is the only one that sincerely cares about my pain issues. Not only is Milan extremely knowledgeable, he is also very professional as well as having great patience, he truly knows and understand about the pain you are suffering and he will do all he can to fix you. The whole team at the Clinic are super friendly and kind, especially Katherine at the front desk.I have been suffering from lower back pain for over 10 years and during the past, I had visited numerous physiotherapists in the lower mainland and I can tell you that the majority of them were just performing a bare minimum work on me. At worst, some of them only put me on an EMS machine for the entire 6-7 sessions that I attended.With Milan, it took only two visits and I am able to taper down on the pain medication that I had been taking for years. Milan's techniques are truly awesome, couple with the personalized stretching exercise programs and you are on your way to fast recovery! I highly recommend Milan and if I can, I will give him 10 stars instead of 5. And yes, he is that good!

My initial assessment was quite thorough and I found Marija to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Anthonie was also of great help and always professional.
