We were glad to have chosen The Piano Gallery for purchase of our first digital piano for our son. Having zero experience with piano, Mr. Brian was able to guide us with his in-depth knowledge and his vast experience not to mention his very kind and professional behaviour. We had shortlisted a couple of pianos and had visited other piano stores within Calgary , but none were as knowledgeable and professional as Brian from Piano Gallery. If you are a first time purchaser and new to town like we were, Brian will be able to guide you.

It is rare to find a business that puts its customer at ease and puts it customer first. Piano Gallery with Brian at its helm is such a place. Brian welcomed me, and instantly I felt that I had just met a kindred spirit. We chatted about what I was looking for and Brian gave me excellent advice that pertained to my specific needs. Recently purchased a high-end digital Kawai piano from Brian. I was in the market for a Kawai digital piano and Brian had the full line-up readily available to try out. I was after the Kawai CA 79 for a long time, (roughly 14 months). For the first 9 months, I made 0 progress, dealers would either not follow up with me, or they could only tell me that they are super backed up. However, when I visited Brian, he not only gave me the answers I've been looking for, but also kept me updated with the progress of the piano I ordered. Brain was extremely kind and provides a great amount of support. Piano gallery offers great prices as well as a great inventory of Kawai pianos. I definitely recommend!

Our son started his piano lessons about two years ago so my wife and I decided to upgrade his keyboard to a digital one. We started our search online for a brand and where to buy it. I have been looking for quite some time for a reasonably priced baby grand for my son. Brian was so helpful and we ended up purchasing a gorgeous used acoustic grand from him that fits perfectly in our space. My family bought a Hailun baby grand from the Piano Gallery 15 years ago and it has been a close part of my life ever since. Having recently moved it to Toronto, the service Brian provided was absolutely excellent. The delivery guys were very professional, very friendly. The piano came in perfect condition and great care was taken to put everything together. Now I am able to continue my work as a teacher and pianist. Thank you!!

Do not buy a piano without first visiting the Piano Gallery. I had gone to several places that sell pianos to just see what is available and what I should get to suit my specific needs. The care and attention that Brian gave me when I walked through the door was unmatched. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect piano (and also spent time showing my toddler some of the special features to allow her to play Twinkle Twinkle" on the new electric piano - much to her delight!) I was looking for a digital piano and specifically one from Kawai. Brian was very friendly and helpful and helped me choose the piano I want. I had to wait to get my piano due to supply chain issues all companies are experiencing nowadays but I can't complain since I got one even better that what I ordered for a little extra!Enjoyed doing business with Piano Gallery and will definitely recommend.
