Servus Credit Union - Mount Royal

I believe it was Salma who helped me open multiple bank accounts, and who also helped when there was an error in setting up one of my cards that cost me $325 in user fees the first month of having the card. She was so kind and helpful, and reversed the charge graciously. She also called when an automatic payment that I wasn't sure would happen sent one of my accounts into overdraft. I genuinely have never been so on top of my finances, and it feels like Servus has my back. I really appreciate the staff at this location and the care and professionalism they've displayed any time I've needed anything.

I had a car loan through these guys which has been paid off. But on the last payment they overcharged me. Three weeks later and multiple phone calls I keep getting different answers and excuses as to why I have not been refunded the over payment.Not a bank I recommend doing business with. When they want money they'll be all over you. When they owe you money, they drag their feet.

Every interaction I have had with the staff in this branch has been extremely positive. They are responsive, friendly and eager to assist. After dealing with traditional banks for the majority of my life it is nice to find a company that cares about customer service.

Went today to ask about my mobile bank after being told to go there by their mobile app specialist via phone. Store got busy. It was my turn and follow the associate. She knew what my inquiry was but when I sat down and gave her my identification she said “I can’t help you” due to what I believe she don’t have access on. TF. Why did you even call me up then? And the worst part. She wants me to start at the back of the line. Worst experience EVER.

We wanted to keep our money local so decided to go with this bank. Huge mistake on a very time sensitive matter. Absolutely horrible customer service. Two months of wasting valuable time. Lavender wouldn’t call back or answer our calls and Tope didn’t seem to have any idea what he was doing. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I never knew opening an account could be so difficult. I'm trying to open an account to pay rent with. It doesn't seem Servus wants me to get this account opened too badly. I have urgency because the landlord wants the preauthorized info. Maybe I'll just not bother with this place, because I don't really want to keep the landlord waiting. I work night shift, I'm often sleeping during the day. I came here today in person and they told me to book an appointment for several days later. The only thing they have to do is verify my ID. That's it. Because I filled out all the info online on the website. OK... If the service is this poor when you're trying to sign up.. How bad is it after you're already a customer?

I have visited Mount Royal branch on multiple occasions and dealt with Salma a few times. She is always so helpful and knowledgable, and she always does her best to resolve an issue. She helped me to open multiple accounts based on my needs, and she followed up as promised. And overall Servus Credit Union exceeded my expectations as I am a new customer and I have seen many average or poor services from other banks. I highly recommend using this branch.Natalie

Salma is very friendly and easy to talk to even though it was our first time meet. Seems like we know quite a while.I am deeply surprised when she told me she is always available even though on her day off.
