My good fortune to be directed here for a repair. Did some brainstorming, discussed reasonable options and ended up with great results. A repair job that I had been enquiring about for a long time everywhere with no results ended today. Thank you so much for getting the job done and done well.Thoroughly enjoyed your store and will be purchasing my regular music maintenance items from you from now on. Hopefully down the road I will be able to add some other instruments to my repertoire from your amazing selection.Top notch! Highly recommend for servicing and repair work. Plus a little shopping on the side-lol.

I took my double bass to Aaron after a 14 inch crack opened in the side. The repair required taking the top off and putting bracing along the inside of the crack - not a simple job. He did amazing work with an extremely fast turnaround and my bass now sounds, feels, and looks better than ever. He was even able to get several years worth of caked on rosin off the top without damaging the fragile varnish. Pricing was very fair. Aaron has built numerous instruments himself and knows what he's doing. If you ever need work done I highly recommend giving him a call.

I've recently purchased a couple guitars from Aaron and I have to say that his commitment to making a customer happy is an understatement. He was very patient with all my questions and when he didn't have the answer right off the top of his head, he wouldn't just answer for the sake of answering, but did the research first to give an honest and accurate answer. Aaron is fair with his pricing and made me super confident in making the right decisions when it came time to purchase. He spent time with me to help decide which guitars I wanted. You just don't get that sincere customer service these days and I'm glad A Pratte is around to give me that experience. We all know Steve of course and his professionalism and knowledge of musical instruments is greatly appreciated in this day and age. Thanks for a wonderful experience you guys. I will be back again and again.

I don't write reviews too often but I feel like I have to give these guys 5 stars. I needed a righty guitar switched over to lefty and I can't tell you how happy I am I took it to A. Pratte instead of the big guys." It cost me two-thirds of what "the big guys" quoted me

Calgary has some very fine String Luthiers in town. Aaron Pratt is definitely one of them. When you need anywhere from Seam, Crack, Bridge, Neck Repair for your valuable string instrument, I very highly recommend Aaron Pratt!! I had a new bridge installed and some Pearl Inlays. The quality is 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will be going back to him to have a new bass set up with a new Bridge, EndPin, Tuning Machines, Tail Piece, and a Mechanical Extension installed later this year.Again I absolutely highly recommend Aaron Pratt, thank you for everything!!He is also a guitar specialist as well. Very impressive inventory.

Awesome experience at a Pratte. Loved the security" cat they have!! Walked me through on purchasing my first "nice guitar" and landed on a Martin series x acoustic. Ended up scooping up a Sire S7 Larry Calton electric aswell as I found their service
