I came from a different pharmacy and I could not be more satisfied at this location than I am at this moment! Not only is the staff absolutely fantastic and so easy to deal with and extremely pleasant, but they care about their clients and patients! If you are looking for a pharmacy for any of your needs whether it's a walk-in clinic, methadone, or just simply pharmacy and medication purposes, this is the place you need to go to. Thank you so much for everything you guys have done and for taking me in so quickly as a patient, I really appreciate all your work and kindness ❤️ i recommend this pharmacy over any other location in Cambridge!

Absolutely fantastic service! I walked in with an ear issue and was looked after very quickly. I was given a diagnosis by a friendly med student (thank you very much, Charlotte), followed by a prescription from a doctor via teleconference, which I could fill right there and then. Everyone was professional and the space has a friendly atmosphere. The facility is quite clean and the pharmacy area is easy to navigate. Signs around the clinic are very clear about what this walk-in can and cannot handle, and the one-problem per visit rule is completely fair. Telemedicine has its limits for now. I've lived in this city all my life and I've honestly never had a better healthcare experience here. I would highly recommend Emerald Medical Walk-In Clinic.

Amazingly friendly and kind staff here at Emerald. Very professional pharmacist team here and go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction and comfort. Extremely organized and efficient Covid vaccination sign-up and administration. Overheard me mention how I didn’t get emailed my first vaccination receipt and quickly offered to track it down and email me a copy for my records as the previous clinic hadn’t. Would highly recommend Emerald to anyone. Also very good sanitizing and Covid protocols being followed.

This pharmacy is a diamond in a coal mine of pharmacies that I have visited previously.The first thing you notice is a medical clinic to see a Doctor right in the pharmacy itself.When you approach any staff member they are all very pleasant and easy to deal with.Prescriptions are filled right away and a full explanation is given to you before you leave the pharmacy.They offer easy access covid shots which I received promptly to minimize a serious illness as well as flu shots.Please drop by next time you are in the area to talk to all the wonderful staff and see for yourself before choosing a pharmacy.I will continue to deal with this amazing pharmacy for a very long time.

I have been to dozens of pharmacies and this one is the best ive been going there for about 4 years now the pharmacist's are wonderful i will never go to another pharmacy again so come on in and you'll have a wonderful experience thank you for being there for me

I came across this place looking for a walk in clinic. The staff are running an excellent multi disciplinary practice here with a doctor and pharmacy all in one. I appreciate the text to return service as well so I don’t have to sit in the waiting area the entire timeAll the staff are so compassionate and helpful with explaining your ailments and medications. They’ve been great when my scripts don’t have refills either to communicate with the doctor and get refills without me having to be seen again for the same issue.

Best Pharmacy Ive ever used.regardless of medication or products we purchase, we dont feel judged by the staff, as we have at other pharmacies. My wife broke her knee and they delivered her medication daily until she was able to walk. they are friendly and informative. they take the extra step to ensure our happiness. Theyre the kind of people that made us start a christmas card list that now consists of only them. we think everyone we know should switch. but then it may get busy. so only our close friends get reffered by us.
