Front office were nice enough to deal with. Doctor couldn’t be more rude. Do not recommend anyone spend their hard earned money here.

had a great experience with dr Haywood!! got my surgery done in October 2021 and I couldnt feel better, healing process was good, results are amazing! her and her staff are so sweet I definitely recommend coming here!

Not recommended at all .I am having some post surgery concerns of scar tissue formation causing lot of pain after having my surgery by Dr Catherine. Dr Heywood never called me for follow up after the surgery except few visits to immediate check up for healing . After an year , I developed severe pain in the area and I was referred to Dr. Heywood by my GP for her consultation and help in resolving the concern and suggest treatment for pain . Unfortunately, It was very disappointing to see that Dr Heywood was not at all supportive or helpful. She became very defensive and instead of listening to my concern, she rushed to end the consult. She claimed that None of her patients had such issue after the surgery . I had no intention to blame her but only expected some recommendation, advice and support from her but she came across very dismissive and rude .I will be happy to provide more details on my experience with her specifically in dealing with my post surgical concerns .

I had a great experience with Dr. Haywood and the whole office staff. The office staff was fast, efficient and helpful booking the consult and the procedure.Dr. Haywood was very informative during my consult and went into detail about the procedure and answered any questions I had.The day of my procedure Dr. Haywood explained every step that was happening and made me feel very comfortable.I highly recommend Dr. Haywood!
