Thank you to Sebastian and the staff for helping me with my new budgie friends. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Sebastian gave us lots of great tips and made sure our new babies would happy by giving us some great tips.Now they are settled in and happy we will slowly start hand training tomorrow!My only feedback is I wish the store had cage options, especially wider flight cages.Blue & Jay are adapting quite nicely.

I work Instacart and the staff here are consistently helpful and supportive. They’re a friendly bunch who don’t treat our shoppers like outside invaders, but that we’re all on the same team. It’s a greatly laid out store, always neat and clean. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a cat bed, 2 cat nip sprays, a toy, all were easily ordered online and were on sale after Christmas. Curbside pickup was quick, effortless, the associate was friendly and efficient, and my cats greatly enjoyed the items. I never worry about purchasing from PetSmart.

Friendly staff and great service. Sam in their fish department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection for cat and dog supplies as well.

The service is always great however they realy need to update their website. A few times I've ordered things that say available " at this location only to get an email saying it is NOT in stock. This is realy frustrating!!"

Dont know about in store customer service but both receptionist i spoke too on the phone about a product were pretty saucy wouldent recomend calling for info.
