FreshCo Millbourne

It's what is expected for a cheap grocery store when it comes to sometimes slim pickings for meat or produce, but what gives this Freshco 5 stars is the customer service I've received. The only name I can drop is a young man named Jaxon who rang in my groceries - not even out of high school - but more respectful and well mannered than most adults out there these days. One woman has also shined above others - a supervisor or key holder perhaps? - she is also a very well rounded employee who is aware of things such as scanning code of practice. Every visit here has been great and it seems like the employees get along which is also nice to see.

Awful. Their food is expired, they give you 1/2 price on expired meat. Molding bread on the shelves. So you spend extra time triple checking to make sure that you’re stuff isn’t past due.

Before I start my review i would like to suggest we start calling freshco head office, this is one too many that this company has done this to.I would give this 0 stars if I could. I’ve been accused, multiple times now, of stealing. I’ve been a customer in that place before it was ever a freshco. I could trust the staff there, my son was always running and hiding in the store, and the staff always played his game. Since it’s no longer a Safeway and now a freshco I have been accused of stealing MULTIPLE times, was almost thrown out without purchasing my items when I got upset because of said accusations. I don’t drive so this is my only choice unless I’m able to get a ride which is rare. All this to say this is the WORST store I’ve ever been to and I miss Safeway where I felt cared for as a customer.

The avocados were spoiled and not edible at all. How we can return them ?

I bought a bottle of Tylenol about 3 months ago. I did not open it as I was waiting for may current one to be finished as I need Tylenol everyday to treat my arthritis. yesterday I opened the seal, and this the cap, I found the inside seal broken. the pharmacy told me it's the store responsibility to take care of it. the cashier called the manager and he told me that unless I can prove I got it from their store, you go have a good life. Of course, I long threw the receipt away. have been shopping at that location for more Ethan 30 years. do miss the old Safeway.No apology, or willingness to replace the bottle, no service, no etiquette.it's time to stop shopping there.

TERRRRRRRRIBLE MANAGER AND OWNER!! The manager especially. She is the rudest person ever, she always has an attitude and can find a problem like a needle in a hay stack. She will create an issue out of thin air. She has accused me of stealing on multiple occasions. The owner and manager tag teamed and tried to ridicule and mock me for asking for a price check (due to their false advertisement) and as I walked out of the store after paying they stood there laughing and making jokes. Their store motto should be stealing or not

I come here often as it's walking distance from my house. I come for the convenience but their price match policy is terrible. I swear everytime I try to price match they just so happen to NOT price match from the store I'm trying to match. They also have limits on how much they price match which I feel is made up on the spot. I've never experienced such a process to price match from anywhere else, it's like pulling teeth. Otherwise it's convenient because of its location, and has great deals from time to time.

There’s hardly a difference between the other FreshCo in century park area but the fact I was able to get more products here was amazing. It’s quite different to navigate when coming for the first time but will get used to it. There is definitely a lot of products here to select from especially international brands and products which is the best for any major supermarket chain.

FreshCo Millbourne is a neighborhood treasure. Their wide selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and affordable prices make grocery shopping a breeze. The store is well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's my go-to supermarket for everyday essentials.

This is my first time I give a review with words in it. I was taking my daughter to go get milk and some snacks for her and she started throwing a tantrum for the first time ( I don’t know why ) ! As I was going to the check out because my daughter tantrum kept continuing she threw a fit and was on the floor. This lady ( I assume she the manager or the owner ) said “Can you please get the baby out of here. and please don’t come back here ever again.” She said it a couple of times, and I was already irritated by my daughter for throwing a tantrum!! And for her to have the audacity to say that is very infuriating, I wanted to yell at her because she was getting on my nerves with those words she kept saying. But I just give her the glare and move on with it. And I am for sure will not be coming back to this place and I’ll be sure to relay what occurred today to my family and friends! This is the worst customer service experience at an establishment for me, and i’ve experienced some bad ones, but this one just tops it!
