Extremely bad management (DoNOT Rent here)Intrusive and rudeHorrible managementUr unable to enjoy ur property privately without supers rudely invading ur spaceOne super walked into my apartment when he didn’t know I was homeI waited 3 months for my air conditioner to be fixed after numerous requests for maintenanceThey come around like the gestapoBut they can’t fix anything in a timely fashionHighly don’t recommendDon’t be fooled by the nice interiorPeople are all breaking their leases because of terrible management

Excellent building, fantastic location and an awesome resident manager (Wayne) who is always there to take care of any issues. We loved our stay as a family and miss the wonderful Basin view from our balcony. I really wish we would come back sometime in the future.Bus stop is just next to the building, easy commute to the downtown, nearby parks, new building along with brand new amenities and indoor parking spots!

Brand new building with water view and it's beautiful. Property management is great so far and Wayne is awesome as a building manager! He really helps and address any issue you may have!
