I came home at 10:00 pm to a dead furnace. The next day I had a technicians from another company come out and tell us the furnace was irreparable and would need to be replaced. Then Jake from JM arrived and had the furnace repaired in only 2 hours. I’m so grateful and warm. Thank you!!!

My go to for any furnace work I need. Techs are always very professional and helpful.Recent quote inquiry for a furnace replacement didn't go as well, there was a delay in getting the quote through their email system, and it was missing a large portion of the quote I had asked for. They did finally send it with all the information I requested.Overall the on-site service is 5-star, will update if I go ahead with the install of a new furnace/AC.

I turned on my furnace for the first time since the spring and my furnace was quite noisy called John Mulder because they had excellent reviews, they sent Dakota he checked out my furnace did some tests and thought it was most likely the fan motor but said he didn't want to replace it at this point and to just call him back if it got noisy. He gave me a quote on this part and also assured me that it was safe to run our furnace. Dakota was pleasant and professional and I will absolutely call and request him again. He could have simply changed the part but didn't think it was necessary, thanks for being so honest Dakota.

Our Fireplace has been unresponsive ;-) I’ve been referred by the manufacturer of our fireplace to get in touch with the technicians working for John Mulder. I believe the receptionist’s name is Elaine. A wonderful person to deal with. They have found a technician shirt notice for us.Matthew the Technician has been very helpful too. Definitely recommend their service !

I was very pleased at the experience and Professional nature of the two fellows who installed a new furnace and air conditioning. for me in Chilliwack. They took time to explain what they had to do for the installations and provided good advice on maintenance. Their work was quick, efficient and they did a thorough job of cleaning up after. I highly recommend John Mulder for furnace and air conditioning installation.

Our central air decided to quit at the start of the year's first heat wave. I had another company come in and diagnose it and then called around for quotes. Everything about dealing with these folks was perfect. I texted a pic of the unit and they had a quote to me in a matter of hours. Their quote was several hundred dollars lower than anyone else. Their tech was great and had us up and running in the quoted time. Highly recommend them!

My old tank was leaking. I asked them to come and change it quickly. Yes they did so with excellent quality and price. Ladies at service desk and installation person (Mr. Dakota) did amazing work. He allowed me to install laminate and skirting before installtion. Plus he brought a custom tray to put it underneath the tank for protection. I am a senior architect so I know what I say. I appreciate their business. Please see the attached photo herewith. I am on my way now to bring Turkish Delight (Lokum) to your office. Cheers :))
