I really don't have good hope on real estate agents, My friend referred me to this guy ( Now my friend is very upset for that ). I told the same thing to him but this agent wrote 3-4 pages of marketing strategy ( nothing came to live all promises are gone in air ) as per his thoughts and made me to sign the agreement for buying the house. Later got into buying house with two mortgages and keep on ripping us from $20,000 to $30,000 finally lost more than $50,000 from our pocket for a house which is not even worth paying $800,000 but got for $1,040,000. Not even seen him after buying the house just sending messages for nothing just trying to console us. Hope people get a good lesson from my story and not believe anyone in this world of real estate marketing and agents like this.Even you give 1000 excuses the fact is that you get money from buyers by telling false commitments and false assurance.
