Highly recommend Ring Electric, having hired them in 2 different homes for installing chandeliers; adding pot lights (where there were none); redoing an electrical panel; and fixing some suspect wiring MacGyver’ed by the previous homeowner. Super professional, efficient, prompt communication and quality/confident work; Ring Electric will always be my go to! They may cost a little more than other electrical companies, but if I have learned anything this year, it’s that you get what you pay for… and Ring has proven to be money well spent!

Thrilled with the outcomes and professionalism of the team of three that came to install pot lights, update my panel and connect my bathroom ceiling fan. I had contacted a few electrical companies to install a home EV charging station but Ring provided a more timely response to my inquiry. Within a week, Bryan was onsite providing an assessment of my needs and identifying some areas of concern that we had noted before his visit. He provided a reasonably priced quote to install the charger and address other issues and answered all my questions on the proposed work plan. The work was scheduled to be done within the following two weeks. On the installation date, the technicians (Andre and Grant) arrived promptly and introduced themselves. They got to work quickly and informed me what they were doing. Any concerns I had they addressed immediately without issue. They were very professional and efficient. I'd recommend Ring for future electrical work.

I inherited an aging triplex and getting to code has been a tough battle. I hired Ring electric to bring me there and they sent an army of professionals to help me win the war on 100 years of Home Depot hack jobs.They replaced the two aging 100amp service panels with a great 200amp panel. They traced all the old wiring in the house and labelled it properly. They replaced all my old bathroom plugs with safe GFI plugs, installed fans in multiple rooms, installed a porch light, installed MANY plugs all over the house, found ratty old wiring and fixed it up new, taught me about the electrical code and what's safe vs. not safe, showed me some cool tools that every home owner should own (plug testers, live wire detectors), removed baseboard heaters, wired a new stove cable through a very small crawlspace a skunk once called home, remove a heating coil from my roof, reinstalled an exterior plug to be safe/waterproof, and are simply fun contractors to have around with a great sense of humour. There seems to be nothing they can't do.At one point, I mistakenly thought they'd broken my sump pump, the owner Bryan was very apologetic and offered to make it right by replacing it even though in the end it turned out not to be their fault. I was very impressed by his willingness to work with me. Shows great character in running a business.Their pricing seems fair, is transparent and they're willing to work with you if you're like me and dipping into your savings to fund a big renovation.I could go on but all this to say, they're the official electricians of my house and I'd recommend them to anyone.

We can't say enough about Ring Electric! We had all of the electrical in the house upgraded as we were still on 1950s fuses. From the get-go, we knew the job would be done right. Everyone involved were patient and explained how things would be done and they allowed us to add/remove things as we went. The work site was cleaned each day and all we had to do dust off a few hard to reach corners at the end of the entire job. They were able to troubleshoot our shed electrical and went the extra mile to lift the giant cement patio stones to get access to the area! The entire team were always polite and friendly so we felt completely safe leaving them in our house while they worked. They even put up with our dog barking from the backyard! When they couldn't drill because of some of the asbestos, they brought in another company!My only complaint- and I can't really call it a complaint - is that it took much longer than expected. But, again, they never know what is there until they open the walls, we have an old house and we were doing many changes. So, you can't really call it a complaint, I guess.I can't say enough about this company and we would hire them without hesitation for our next job!

The electricians arrived on time and completed the job exactly as quoted, including the time estimate. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and organized. The work I had completed was a panel upgrade, and it was refreshing to see professionals at work whom hold an innate quality standard of work. This standard did not only apply to the clean up but precisely where and how wires are connected, routed and secured. Professional all around, and I would highly recommend Ring Electric to anyone. I will be calling them back for my next project.

Ring electric installed a chandelier in our high ceiling great room. They were amazing! Bryan is very responsive, they are fairly priced and has a big enough team so you do not have to wait months to get the job done!
