I’m not surprised that there are 38 other people leaving 5 star reviews here. Sanpra took over Management of the building I’ve lived in for nearly three years now. There have been lingering issues in the building (example: a broken intercom) that the previous management company hadn’t addressed since I’d moved here. Within a few months, Sanpra has fixed these issues and have been proactive in areas most management companies wouldn’t prioritize or even address. I love that they keep us updated with kind and informative emails and that their replies are quick and helpful. I’m very happy — easily the best property management company on the island.

I'm with Sanpra for about a year and they have been managing my 3 rental properties so far and in general able to find good tenants in time. I find them very easy to approach and extremely helpful. Mr. Sid from Sanpra was very open to listen my requirements for housing considering a short time period, he gave me and my family the opportunity to rent a three bed townhouse. I saw all his support dealing and closing with the landlord. At the end of the rental period all was set up as agreed (check out, inspection, deposit and hydro bills). Vint (who have been dealing with our move out inspection) was very helpful, and we were told this happened with misunderstanding within the company during his emergency vacancy.He made sure that all the misunderstandings in the office were cleared, and we recieved our deposit back at the end.He sees everything from tenant's perspective and trys to help as much as he possibly can. And we are very surprised how helpful he is with our case!
