Had an amazing experience at this dealership! The staff were very professional and nice. Julie went above and beyond her duties. She came to assist me eventhough it was her day off. Steve, the finance manager I spoke with made sure I get the vehicle as soon as possible and was very professional. Within 3 hours I got the vehicle that I want. I highly recommend this dealership and Julie Da Silva!

Disappointed to say the least. Booked a service online, I only selected Oil Lube and Filter in the service options, promptly received an automated email stating my requested service appointment was booked for Scheduled maintenance starting at $219.99 plus taxes" I thought "wow that's pretty pricey for an oil change" and called the service department to confirm I only wanted an oil change done and to get the actual price. No answer

He is a welcoming, friendly, and professional, and helped me buying the perfect car.He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions, which made the entire process stress-free. Had an overall great experience. I would recommend Birchwood Toyota and Joseph who walked me through the features of my car.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 XLE Hybrid from Birchwood Toyota dealership, and I have to say it was an excellent experience. Despite the long wait of over a year and two months, the team at the dealership provided regular updates and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, which made me feel valued and cared for.I felt at home when I walked into the dealership in January 2022. The team was welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they helped me easily find the perfect car. Joseph, my salesperson, was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions, which made the entire process stress-free.Today, I was blown away by the level of service I received when I picked up my 2023 RAV4 XLE Hybrid from the dealership. The car was thoroughly cleaned and detailed, and it was waiting for me in the showroom when I arrived. The vehicle had a full tank of gas, which was really nice, and I also received a personalized tour from a staff member who helped me set up the car's navigation, sync my phone, and provided a thorough overview of all the vehicle's features, including its various apps. This was a real added bonus and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.I want to extend a big thanks to Adam Sawchuk, the sales manager, who helped me easily navigate the financing process. He understood my needs and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was covered and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.Overall, I am thrilled with my 2023 RAV4 XLE Hybrid, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Got my 2023 RAV4xle premium.. had a amazing experience..thanks to Marc alary for great customer service.

Ordered my RAV4 LE gas in January, and was given a 4-6 month lead time.Nelson sent me monthly updates on it’s progress throughout the entire process.Steve called me on June 13 and told me they have my vehicle on the lot and when would I like to pick it up.We set up an appointment for 2 days later, and I went in to pick up my vehicle.One of their guys went through the basic features of the car, and help me sync my phone with it, as I arrived at the dealership early and had some time to spare before meeting with the finance guy.Steve explained everything included in the ECP plans they offer, without any pressure to purchase anything extra.They all made me feel valued as a customer, and gave exceptional customer service at a time when it felt like customer service everywhere has gone downhill since COVID.I’m still floored 5 days later how seamless the whole process was, and I was waiting for something, anything to go wrong during the process, but it never did.I’d certainly not hesitate to send someone in their direction when looking for a new or used vehicle.

Had an overall good experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. The salesman I had, Hayden, was a big part of this help. He stayed through the whole process and offered to drop off an extra set of keys I had ordered to me even after the car was paid for.The complaints I have are that for the money I spent, the front bumper on the passenger side was notiably affected by a minor accident that didn't appear on the carfax report. I feel that at least things like this should be brought to the customer's attention whether they are on the official report or not, without them having to take it to a mechanic to find out. Also I didn't feel like I got much out of going to a dealership versus a private seller.I would however recommend Birchwood for Hayden and the man that walked me through the features of my car. These guys really care about their jobs and customers, I would have like that feeling from the other staff.

Adrian, Susan, Julia and Aj were very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a pleasant experience in buying our new car, They helped us choose the best options for financing and all the paperwork was done fast and smoothly.

Birchwood Toyota has helpful, friendly, understanding service advisors. The waiting area is well set-up to support those who bring their work while they wait. Great coffee and access to WiFi. Kudos to Birchwood Toyota.

I traded in my car to buy a pre owned vehicle from Birchwood Toyota. And once I came home and checked their website next day, they listed the car I traded in, and it was a whopping $2400 higher than the sales manager Adrian told me he’s planning to list (which he said he can’t give me more at all for the trade in due to this).‼️I highly suggest you walk out after they offer you trade in and they say can’t give you more. And go some other dealer to get more. ‼️Adrian lied to my face straight up. I can’t believe I trusted him. I do not recommend this dealership.
