Do not hesitate to order on line with Krafty. There was a shipping issue that was not their fault, they took it seriously and fixed it. There was errors in the instruction manual that I followed, resulting in my tube popping. They sent a new tube free. Really great, fast, and caring customer service. I love my bike. So happy. Buy a ebike from Krafty.1 year now. 2400km.. Still great! Chris sold me great winter tires, and I rode all through winter in Revelstoke. Have a bike shop straighten the wheels and even the tension on the spokes soon after you get it. Higher quality break pads are a good idea too. I am going to buy another soon as a back up.

Overall a great experience. A very responsive team. E-bike arrived in the winter so haven't had a chance to ride it yet but I put it together already and it looks great. The main little negative point is that the instructions to build the bike are from another regular bike, not an e-bike and quite a few of them don't apply so I had to figure it out. There is no instructional videos to be found etc...The front break adjustment was the hardest but it should be all good to go now.

I bought a 2022 Kraftybike Cafe Racer. The sweet one with the fenders and Bags. Got it shipped out right quick, was amazing service. With that order I order an ABuS lock. And for whatever reason it wasn’t working right, they exchanged with no issues. Obviously I had to order a Helmet too. No complaints. Made it easy to come back. Great job

This store is amazing! I love me new bike. will post a pic soon ❤️ Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wanted brown grips on my bike instead of black and they switched them with no problem. They even ordered a bike and kept the sale price for me until it got there☺️

The delivery of my E-Trike was done without any issue. No damage done to box,content of which was in perfect condition.Since I received it I have been riding it with much pleasure. Need more practice to get used to it especially with its powerful motor.Thanks Krafty Bikes. Way to go !!!!

I would recommend Krafty Bikes. The service and attention from Chris was beyond excellen. We are from Ontario and we purchased 2 Cafe eBike Racers. The Bikes are as advertised, turn heads and are a great ride. My wife and I have had some awesome adventures on the Bikes and Chris was there for me to answer any and all of my questions about the ebike and there were lots. Thanks Chris! We received he Bikes in the middle of August and habe now stored them in mid-November. I put 1500 miles on my bike and no problems. P.S my wife didn't want a ring so I bought her the ebike and she is having a blast LOL. I would not hesitate to purchase another bike from Chris at Krafty Bikes. I have given a rating of 5 stars but I would rate Chris as 10 stars. If you are looking for an ebike look no further than Chris and Krafty Bikes. Thank you Chris! From Bill and Barb in Ontario.

Super customer service. Purchased 2 krafty Bikes. Had them shipped to us in Digby Novascotia. The bikes are excellent, great climbing hill around here. Also have a bike trailer to hall our dog Elvis behind. Bike has no problem pulling it Love this bike and the dealers are awesome.

What great service, unique products, and care. Have had the Krafty Cruiser e-bike for 17 months now and it purrs along just like new! Our neighbour would say the same; bought his bike and one for his wife a week after we brought our bike! Very happy customers!
