Ordered online and used my cat’s name as recipient, they draw the cartoon character that my cat name comes from! So cute, thank you for taking the extra time to lighten my day :) Also, food is amazing! Super juicy fried chicken, love them.

All my visits, the staff who served me were very nice and helpful. Sometimes I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for my order.In this picture, I ordered (9 Piece Feast) 9 Piece Chicken Regular, 1 Large Taters, 1 Medium Gravy, 1 Medium Coleslaw or Macaroni & Cheese.I also ordered a 4 Piece Meal - 4 Piece Regular Chicken, 1 Small Taters, 1 Small Coleslaw and a Drink. Everything was good. They do have Kid's menu. Their chicken has big pieces of Breast, Wings, Legs and Thighs.They do have a small area where you can sit down to eat. They have tables and chairs. They do have a table in the middle and next to the window with high chairs. They do have Restrooms and Wheelchair Accessible Entrances.They have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots at the back of their restaurant. Sharing with other stores & restaurants.

This Mary Brown’s is actually fire! Finally, a location that has perfectly cooked chicken, not dry at all. The cashier today at lunch was also a really lovely guy. Well operated!

Gotten chicken from here many time and it has always been great. However got some tenders from here and they’re probably the worst tenders I have ever had! Bone dry, and the batter has zero flavour. Just stick to the chicken from this location

As a Mary Browns, this is a decent location. Food is consistent and as per usual, the wedges stand out. BUT.. the real stand out is Mona. Infectiously positive (in a good way) and always greets you with a smile. She was so excited about how MB is helping farmers in Canada... I couldn't help but join her in her happiness. Really enjoy going to this location and would recommend to anyone.

This is by far my favourite location. I have literally never gotten bad food, service is always great and the people are so nice. Mona is super sweet and she helped me with the app so I could get rewards! And as a plus, their pickle chips are divine, they are my go to happy food for sure.

Big Mary Monday is a weekly ritual in our house. We always go to the Guelph South restaurant at Clair and Gordon. The service is fantastic and friendly and the quality of the chicken sandwich and taters never disappoints. Great value too! When Monday rolls around, I always ask what’s for dinner to see if the choice changes….and it never does. Hurray for BMM!!

I went in today, June 11th. I came in with my girlfriend at 8:15 and the asian lady with glasses (not that race matters, just giving context) was visibly annoyed and aggressively stated that they were closing soon. They were open for another 45 minutes according to the sign on the door, and an hour and 45 minutes according to the website. I could understand the frustration if I were to come in 20 minutes before close but when they’re open for almost another hour I wouldn’t expect to be treated like this. Food is good, maybe the employee was just having a bad day, all of my other experiences here have been pleasant.

Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters
It's a really good place to eat fried chicken, it's so tasty. When I went there, I asked for a chicken burger but at that time they were out of stock and they gave me a tiny chicken patty but, to compensate it the guy gave me an extra piece of chicken. Awesome customer service, kudos to them.
