Many realtors are just after the commission and then leave after the transaction is complete. Team Niaz seemed like they wanted to build a long-term relationship. These guys are the best real estate agents in town. I found them through an open house they hosted and they explained how easy it is to purchase real estate. I have been attending many different open houses but I felt more comfortable with Team Niaz. They explain to me all the steps slowly on how to purchase a property. I was referred to Team Niaz by my friend and cousin. Both my cousin and friend said Mohammad Niaz & his son Usman Niaz will exceed your expectation and that they did. Team Niaz are the most resourceful real estate agent in Scarborough. While I have not done any transactions with them yet, They helped me figure out the current situation. I was planning on doing renovations and did not know what to do. Given that I wanted to get the most out of my money, I asked Usman in Team Niaz what to do. They helped me understand what renovations increase the value of my house the most. Their answers were very logical and they gave examples to support it. Once my renovations are complete, I will definitely use them.
