Independent shop owners on a budget need not contact.... It takes a week and still no response. People are busy here dealing with big shots.... Called them, directed to sales, brief conversation after which call dropped...I think, called the company # again, was asked to refer to their catalogue and email ... Still no response. And am not expecting one any more....

Contacted McCowan about a couple of new cash desks to replace our existing cash desks at my retail shop. Jeff contacted me very quickly to discuss what I was looking for and sent him a couple of pic's so he could see what we had and what I wanted. Drawings were done up and a few minor modifications were done so I could approve prior to production. The pricing was in line with what I thought they may clock in at. A realistic time frame was set for delivery even in a pandemic which was more or less hit. They were well crated for transport and with them being modular it was easier to move them without any damage. The are well built (and heavy) and the end result is 2 fantastic new cash desks. Well done and thank you Jeff and the rest of folks. When we need anything else I will be back. Cheers Paul
