J’ai acheté une cuisinière par internet, j’ai téléphoné le lendemain pour avoir plus d’informations concernant la livraison. La dame ( Diane ) m’a rappelez un peu plus tard me disant que le prix de la cuisinière n’était pas le bon, qu’ils on fait une erreur. Je lui ai dis que je connaissais mes droits et la loi du consommateur, mais elle continuait d’insister sur le fait qu’ils avaient fait une erreur et qu’il m’ont déjà remboursé le montant payer ( remboursement sans mon consentement ). J’ai demandé à parler au gérant, il ne m’a jamais rappelé. J’ai rappelé, ils ne répondaient plus. J’attends toujours des nouvelles, la mise en demeure est la prochaine étape.

Très grand entrepôt avec beaucoup de choix et les meilleurs prix. J'ai eu un excellent service tant au niveau de la vente que de la livraison et du service de réparation par le technicien. Il y avait un défaut mineur, mais il a été traité immédiatement.

Stay away! I bought a fridge and stove. Stove broke down once and fridge broke down 3 times. I ask him to refund the fridge he refused and turn into a nasty person!

Moi, pour ma part, j'ai eu un bon service aussi bien par le vendeur que les livreurs. Vraiment gentils et attentionnés. Pour la suite, on verra en ce qui concerne le service après vente. J'espère n'avoir aucun problème. La facturation a été faite selon les règles de l'art.

They sell junk! Don't waste your money and time here.

ERVICE A LA CLIENTELE NUL!!! Ils me disent qu'ils viendront chercher le frigo et le congélateur. Ne se présentent pas...me disent de rappeler le lendemain pour la ramasse vers 14h00, je leur annonce que c'est seulement un frigo et refuse de venir le chercher. S

You sold us a washer that does not work!! Your repairman didn’t fix it properly , he left the drain house off and then out the washer back and said it was fine to use and when we did the laundry room was flooded!!! I will not sit here and let’s this go I will make sure I get my money back for the washer and I will spend ever possible second making sure I let everyone know what type of company you run!!! I will make sure your company never screws over anyone else again, also when we called about this all you did was hang up and tell us to call a lawyer

Expensive but good items

Had a worst experience with them. Even though they offer one year warranty on their products, don't expect them to even return your call if you call them inform any malfunctioning of the product. Worst service and they have no respect for their own customers.

I bought Fridge, Stove, Sofa and washer and drier there. I know what to expect for the price. so far stove working properly, fridge magnetic band at the door stopped working a few months. Sofa is nice and keep looking good. My problem is the washer and dryer. it broke almost to the year (warranty barely expired). I paid 450$ for it and they would charge me +200$ to fix it. I recently opened it to see the problem. I can see the metal sheet supporting the washer's drum was rotten all along. My take is that it was refurbished with the intention of not lasting more than a year in working condition so they can make more money out of you. With them it looks like it's 50-50 satisfaction. If you are lucky, you will have a nice experience.
