Great guys at the North location. Looking for parts and they tool some time to ensure we had the correct item before I left. Selection is not always abundant but they usually have another option!

Wolseley had a dip tube for a 22 year old water heater. It’s nice to be able to find parts on-line in Canada at a decent price and very fast delivery.

I was looking for a small fitting which I didn't find, waited in line to talk to the single counter guy.This is a wholesaler not designed to serve the public I suppose.I've had success here in the past.

If you're looking for product or customer service...... do NOT go here, you'll be exremely disappointed.My girlfriend called ahead regarding a replacement cartridge, the guy on the phone was rude and told her to just bring the part in that they have a wall full of these parts.... well I'm here to tell you they in fact do not. I believe I would've found more selection at 7-11 actually. Clearly this guy does not know the definition of a wall....We drove to the store and searched for this cartrige and discovered quickly they didn't have it, the search didnt take long as they had very few cartriges, so we thought by what the guy on the phone said that possibly there was another wall... my girlfriend went to the counter to ask the guy standing there doing nothing if this was all the product they had, he simply said.... ya. Didnt move, didnt offer to ask what we were looking for, didnt offer anything but.... ya. I feel it's important to say we were the only people in the store, and this lovely fellow was certainly not run off his feet..... I would suggest this guy ( dark beard and glasses)go work somewhere else where you do not have to deal with the public....We left the store, called Cochrane plumbing sent them a picture of what we were looking for they immediately got back to us and said they had it, we drove 20 minutes West picked up our part, bought an extra,and best of all, experienced amazing customer service and friendliness.First and very last time at wolseley

Wolseley is a decent plumbing supplier. Supply issues since 2020 have hit everyone. How I rate this location is it’s staff. They are great. They are attentive and knowledgeable. They let you use the bathroom. There’s lots of parking, and dumpsters provided in the back for garbage and cardboard. There’s also scrap metal pickup in the back.

Went there for some parts which I don’t even know what do I need , I know it sounds crazy but I have zero experience in plumbing, but Dan help me by time to get what exactly I need !! Thanks a lot !!

Without question the worst website in Canada. Gave up trying to find anything. Says select a region but Dow's not allow me to do that. 2022.

I had the pleasure of 'meeting' Coreen to help me with my sink adventure. My existing sink was unfortunately damaged and Coreen helped me source a new replacement sink. Coreen was extremely helpful, courteous and the model of customer service. She assisted in getting the right sink and ensuring that we got the best price available. Her follow-up was very timely and I appreciated all that she did for us. Sincerely, customer service is lacking in many places and Coreen renewed my belief that good people are still 'out there' helping people. She went above and beyond! Thank YOU, Coreen.

Expect to be disrespected if you’re a retail customer, and they’ll charge 2x retail if they can get away with it. I was charged less than 1/2 price COD retail for the same hardware at Cochrane Plumbing Supply. Check out invoice #7823831 if an owner is watching. Never again
