No respect for appointments!I booked an appointment, arrived 15 mins earlier; 50 minutes later I’m still waiting - because they let walkins go ahead of you!!!!!Why do you lie and claim you have appointments. A lady before me waited for more than hour for the same reason. They let in 6 people ahead of her.How is this acceptable to you people. We have jobs yo go back to.

Absolutely disgusted, if I could rate it 0 starts I would. Made an appointment for 11:50am the day before. Called the customer service and told them I am coming for my gtt test so that they make sure to have the glucose drink available for my appointment. I was fasting since midnight. Took off work and got there only for the place to be CLOSED. NO NOTICE, NO PHONE CALL, NO TEXT! NO NOTHING. sent me in a panick to find another place that could do my test (which takes 3 hours) in time before they close! Very stressful situation as I took off work and wanted to get my test done asap to know what is going on with me. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting, absolutely no service!

Awful. If you can book your appointment anywhere else, do. Had an appointment booked for a week, showed up early. They took me into a room an hour AFTER my appointment time. Staff going in and out of exam rooms looking for other people. No supplies in the room, room was dirty from the person before. Also need an ECG, so the nurse asked me to remove upper clothing and lay on the table. Door open, didn’t offer a gown or anything to cover up with and when I questioned her she said ‘just lay there and I’ll be back.’ Obviously, I refused to lay half naked on a table with random staff going in and out.Terribly unprofessional and unorganized!

there are so many lifelab locations. worth the extra five minutes to go to any other location or lab! bad experience from the wait time(even with appointment), surly nurse, dubious hygiene, and incorrect reading of lab requisition. resolution on site was attempted with no privacy in front of full waiting room of people and other staff with no acknowledgement nor apology for the issues. No followup phone call from supervisor after called in complaint at central over 5 days ago. again, lots of other lab locations - just don't go to this one.

Excellent new LieLabs location. Friendly staff and shorter wait times. I was able to submit my blood work quick and painless.

No respect for appointments and rude registration staff. Had to wait more than 30 minutes and people without appointment got service before me! The worst came when I called my doctor's office and learned they have not sent out the results after 6 days yet!!

Best bloodwork clinic I have ever been to!Never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments, and the nurses are GREAT.Very friendly, professional, and blood draws are very smooth, always a success on the first try.10/10 clinic

Due to previous experience I would rate them as 5 stars however they recently changed from 10 minute to 5 minute bookings. I arrived for my appointment on time and the lab was running 20 minutes behind schedule. The technicians were rushed and the one who did my daughter did not take enough time or care. They had to do both arms leaving her in pain and traumatized. She has to do monthly bloodwork so this is a big problem for us. Please reverse your appointment policy back to 10 minite intervals and give the technicians the time needed to draw blood with care and sanitize properly between patients.

I'm an international student, so they tried to figure out how my insurance works for about half an hour. So, despite I came 15 minutes earlier, it took longer anyway.Then, they told me that I have to pay $105. I did, and in ten minutes a lady from the reception told me thay had made a mistake and what I need actually costs $125. They turned $105 back and I paid $125. Hilariously, in another 15 minutes of waiting, the same lady approached me, apologized and said they had made another mistake: it's actually $105, not $125. So they declined the previous transaction again and I paid $105 again. So I asked when we will start the analysis. She said: as soon as we make sure you will pay"... Oh lol

Consistently poor service. They missed drawing 1/3 tests listed on my last requisition, so I had to return to a different location the following day to get blood drawn again, and that test wasn’t available in time for the doctor who ordered it. There is no respect for appointment times at this location - you will wait at least 20-30 mins past your appointment time to be seen while walk-ins go ahead (and also wait in line past your scheduled time to even check in). A different visit, I had to remind the tech to pull their mask above their nose before drawing my labs and they also forgot to cleanse my skin. Riverside lifelabs is a great option for those looking to change locations.
