Paid 2.5k mid March for my braces, had to max out all my cards on top of emptying my debit expecting to receive half of that back to cover a big portion of my cards, but since they decided to go on strike, we’re punished. They can still charge us after every payroll deposit, but they can’t send us our money. This is ridiculous. Definitely going to start looking for a different insurance.

Went there today, very very rude staff, very unfair and do not follow any order and a very important point I am a refugee from Syria and after they knew that they started being very racist with me and didnt treat me as a human being at all

HORRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!They raised my insurance to $166 monthly WITHOUT WARNING. I never received a new contract, I did NOT agree to this new price, and I did not sign on the new contract.Now they are charing me $250 penalties to get out of the contract I NEVER agreed to.DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.THEY ARE THIEVES.

Worst customer service. Representatives are so rude , dont even care if they want to sell you the insurance or not. Was with the company from last 5 years, i think i made the worst decision to choose it and referred so many friends. Finally canceled my insurance, feeling happy. They don't even speak properly.

The rudest most impatient customer service I've ever experienced. Until they have identified you, they are very unprofessional. No, this is not an individual agent issue, they have all been TRAINED to be tough with clients until they get all the info they want & verified that you've paid.SSQ prices are actually ok, but I've been with them years, before you've been identified & verification of your payment has been made, they treat you like garbage. Find another insurer, they are not good people.P.S. = Emailing their feedback@ssq is HUGE BS!!! Nobody reads it, nothing gets done! It is AUTOMATED and automatic. What a bunch of cons...

The worst company to deal with they dont answer their phones on hold for over an hour. Since Benevea took over the rates increased so we the customers have to pay for the take over ? Oh and dont bother writing to their customer service they dont reply.

If I could give -1000 I would. Unable to talk to a supervisor, agents do not want to give their employee ID's, 8 weeks waiting for an answer on a claim, and their solutions is to keep waiting when the deadline is 3 weeks at most. Thank god I'm not dying overseas.

I went with this company on a whim for tenant insurance and it was the worst mistake I’ve made to do so without checking the reviews online first. LESSON LEARNED. They have the absolute worst customer service!!! They’re happy, eager & polite to sign you up but once you have an issue, all you’ll ever hear is endless meaningless sorrys. They will apologize to you over and over but do not mistake their empathy, they won’t help you resolve anything.How can you put your faith in this kind of company if things go wrong? Take your money to TD or another trusted & reputable company that truly cares for their customers.
