To be honest the communication within the company needs to improve. I email them to order something as simple as a gasket.. that all goes well, then I go to pick it up and no one knows anything or no paper work can be found then I end up wasting an hour there. This has happened on countless occasions to where I just buy from a different vendor now .

Was looking for parts for an older 2 door fridge. Manbir was very helpful. Good communication and went well above expectations of customer service. Couldn't be happier dealing with this company.

I just picked up a 349540 L counter top cooler. Missing a light bulb so I contacted QBD for information. They replied almost immediately and set out to help me. They provided me information on the age of the unit and advised that service personnel will be in touch with me with further information, as it's very late in the day. I'm very impressed that they're going out of their way to assist me on a 16 year old unit (which by the way is still running strong and cooling beverages).

Probably the worst manufacturer I've ever dealt with for trying to get parts. One cannot order a simple hinge from the website as theres no prices. You have to fill out a web-form, checkout, and wait two weeks for them to get back to you with a quote. Theauthorised dealer I bought the cooler from here in Calgary does not (or can't be bothered to) act as a parts middleman. I bought a Canadian made product as I thought it would be easier to get parts. Whew, was I wrong.

Here is a message to the sales manager of QBD company.QBD is a company which done supereme job in Manufacturing, Design, Engineering and a disgusting job in customer service. I have tried to email the company and I have tried to submit a form on their website. But till now, there is still nobody contacted me yet. When I called the number of the reception of QBD compay and I said I am looking for a sales representative to talk with me. The reception lady said she will not give me any information about any sales person because they are working from home. Finally, I have to try to left a bad review on the google map. Hoping someone in the company will read it.
